You may very well be correct. I mean if laws are written by lawyers with specific and vague terms alike to protect or prosecute with whatever loophole they devised, then sure, your assertion would certainly fall into that.

I'm sure I am forgetting a lot of them.

When I was down south in Texas for a DHS related contractor in March 2007, a call came in from Washington while I was there. The people I was dealing with were informed Obama would be the next president and a border system would not be erected. So we were informed roughly 8 months before the election that the next president had already been selected.

If you think your vote counts, well, I was that naive once too when I was like 20, but it was a very long time ago before the military and CI got a hold of me....

It's a difficult task to be sure. One I'm afraid we may not have enough real conservative representatives left to accomplish. Even with a conservative president, it will take both the house and senate working with him/her to take back control of the administrative state. That's a very tall order right now.
