Largely, yes. Based off of monetary policy, SCOTUS rulings and of course elected representation incentives that are are outside of the scope of the constituents that elected them.

My line of thought is the document was so NSA Agents would be familiar with the terminology being employed by those pushing these agendas and newspeak.

Not condoning their veracity but rather to keep and eye on the direction of their activism.

The intel community has been compromised since at least the mid-80's and getting much worse over the years. It's quite obvious that the intel community and military are run by woke political clowns. I only know about the 80's because I was exposed to the divisiveness of an IMF/UN aligned faction in military intelligence fighting against the nationalists in counterintelligence. They were actually fighting to the point where civilians were being used as pawns and killed off to support a woke/divisive political agenda fronted by the IMF/UN.

So it's no real surprise they are doing it in the US, these @ssclowns have had at least 35 years to hone their obscene craft and I imagine it has been going on for much longer. We have the same crap in Canada, a divisive Prime Moron putting dumb@ss unqualified people in charge of the military and intel community. It does that because the military and intel community don't answer to the people or parliament, like the Bank of Canada, they answer to foreign nationals controlled by the WEF. It's likely the same situation in the US.

I actually noticed the move to put unqualified front people in place in the early 90's dealing with Revenue Canada up here. The directors at different major CRA offices were really just cardboard cutouts, I dealt with them directly, they didn't know anything and they had no authority to do anything. The military in Canada is controlled by woke PC pussies, I expect it's the same in the US, they have no answers, they really have no authority and if you popped a balloon by their ears, the generals would probably run and hide. It's terrible what I am seeing these days, no responsibility, no honor, no code. It makes me wish I was younger or in better health, so I could get rude.

I guess it filtered up to government and back down again.

The PC train has been gaining momentum since the early 90's and by the time it got redefined as "woke" it was already a normative morality.

Which is why everyone and their mother is now tripping over themselves to acknowledge the protected class de jour.

I think I'm the only one that attributes it to lawyers. Just like other things grow from the ground, and work their way up to SCOTUS, or legislation, an organic movement driven largely by discrimination lawsuits has forced a woke hand, and everyone, including DoD and federal agencies has to tiptoe around peoples feelz.

I acknowledge woke may be an emergent property of government employees, but still feel it's reversed how it got that way.

If true, it could probably be reversed through religious discrimination lawsuits.
