You can look at most of those buildings and structurally, they aren't military bases. They clearly couldn't house tank or missiles.

If some guy with a gun ran into your child's school, would you be ok with them bombing it - just to get to the one criminal?

False Dilemma.

There aren't any used military bases, compounds, or facilities in Gaza. There is NO committed military infrastructure. That's why they use whatever has the most nuns and kittens in it. And construct the tunnel entrances where they do.

And looking at the front building is like looking at the Tijuana Farmacia with the back room. Never would think that little store is the egress point for tons of product daily. Including items as big as anything Hamas has. Like a Stinger Missile. Carried by one person.

Their "tanks" are modified Land Rovers and Yukons.

They operate like a cartel, not a Military.

Restaurant = Hamas Base

Anything in this certain geographical area is Hamas Base without evidence. We said it is Hamas Base, so it is Hamas Base.

Your right they make up 21 percent of Israeli citizens. The Arab population in Israel has full rights some are politians some are judges. And yes some work for the IDF. I believe it was 5 percent and these people volunteered since they are not required to do military service like the jews are.
