If the case is so clear cut as Stefanik makes it out to be, why hasn't Trump's attorneys filed a mistrial motion? Also, why does Stefanik's letter read more like it was written by Habba?

Common sense. I've watched the clown act myself .

You lawyer types can spin and spin.

Once I was on a jury. Two defendents, bank robbery. The two defense attorneys were absolute spin masters. Did all kinds of stunts, like having people in the courtroom audience attend in a similar shirt that was in evidence and the argument is that its a common shirt.

After the jury sent them both to prison guilty as hell. One attorney asked to interview the jurors. We told him the antics did not help his client in the least.

Lawyers always trying stunts really don't impress non-lawyer types.

And here's the thing, there's not even a jury in this case.

If there was, Trump would have been cut off so many times during his testimony. Instead he was allowed to ramble.

He's already lost the case. He's not trying to win anything. Everything he's doing is to rile up his base and nothing else.
