You're right. If there's a pedophile murderer hiding in a crowd at a festival or something and we don't know exactly what he looks like just go ahead and start blasting into the crowd. He can't escape if everyone is dead.

A necessary evil to stop him from raping and killing another child, those people should have thought about living in or visiting an area where a pedophile murderer decided to hide. FAFO

Another Week Comes to an end.

Have any of these FUNDERS/ORGANIZERS/PLANNERS at the top of HAMAS been assassinated yet?

See them here: www.dailymail.co.uk...

If not, why not?

WHAT LEGITIMATE REASON(s) can Netanyahu give for not killing at least one of these 4 leaders of HAMAS?

Because it's not about stopping Hamas, it's about wiping out Gaza and any semblance of community in the region. It's to break the Palestinians and justify war. Look at all the money Biden is in the process of sending Israel, over $14 billion dollars all while Israel has been on the offensive for a month now. What does Israel need that money for?

War is profitable.

Biden is a phucktard. 31 Americans were brutally slaughtered in Israel on Oct 7th. He hasn't said a word about them, or retaliated against a HAMAS leader. Americans should be SO ANGRY at him.

Meanwhile with all eyes on Gaza:

West bank settlers are driving Palestinians out of their farms and homes, threatening "Great Nakba" in pamphlets.

'Wait for the Great Nakba':

Palestinians Find Threatening Leaflets on Cars in West Bank
After an attack on their olive groves by Israeli settlers, Palestinians from the West Bank town of Deir Istiya find leaflets tucked under windshields warning them to flee to Jordan or be forcefully removed

The admission into the U.N. was conditioned upon Israel's assurance that it would abide by Security Council and General Assembly Resolutions with respect to Jerusalem and the repatriation of Palestinians. In 75 years they have not done any of that.

In the debates about UN resolution 273 in 1949 about Israel's admittance to the UN, Israel's UN representative Abba Eban promised that the state would honor its obligations under resolution 181 and Resolution 194. El Salvador's representative asked:[1][incomplete short citation]

I wish to ask the representative of Israel whether he is authorized by his Government to assure the Committee that the State of Israel will do everything in its power to co-operate with the United Nations in order to put into effect (a) the General Assembly resolution of 29 November 1947 on the internationalization of the City of Jerusalem and the surrounding area [resolution 181] and (b) the General Assembly resolution of 11 December 1948 on the repatriation of the refugees [resolution 194].

What we call "genocidal intent".

Can it get more obvious, how many threads do we need? WTF is the ICC up to, smoking crack?

Will western "leaders" ever stop to support those crimes against humanity?
He's not wrong, is he?

The 'crimes against humanity' are that Hamas is using Hospitals as their terror headquarters and fighting out of them. Hamas is using civilians as human shields. THAT is where the 'crimes against humanity' are. Not Israel fighting to protect itself.

Same source, the footage from Al Jazeera looks really bad.

OF COURSE Al Jazeera is going to make things look bad for Israel. Al Jazeera is state owned from Qatar, and Qatar has blamed Israel for the October 7 terrorist attacks. Qatar is where the Hamas leadership lives in luxury.

They live in Qatar. A muslim country. Does Israel have people who can speak the language, blend in, get close enough, skills enough to assassinate them, and get out? I don't know. Do you.

Then Hamas shouldn’t use them as bases and fire from them.

Shots fired at the first source, meanwhile the second stands tall to slap you in the face. This is brilliant! I must be gifted or something, how does this keep happening?

That is the latest in number of condemnations against the Israeli Government and Army by politicians, officials, lawyers, etc.

A few days ago the Deputy PM of Belgium argued that sanctions are needed against Israel.

We all know that Israel is committing war crimes and has lost the communication war already. They wanted to control social media and try to push a narrative but this hasn't happened. If it wasn't for the MSM that made everything possible so to present the situation in Gaza as it is, the war would have stopped long time ago due to the public's reaction.

Those who committed war crimes must be held accountable. It seems there is an expectation by some officials in the US and elsewhere that they won't but that's a false expectation. Whoever commits crimes pays heavy price at the end either it's Hamas or IDF.

You do realize Hamas is committing several war crimes as well according ro the Geneva conventions.
Let see we have
Taking hostages, Directing attacks against civilians,Using civilians as shields,Using child soldiers. Then we move on to summary execution pillaging and forced rape.

And this is just off the top of my head I'm sure if we looked at the Geneva conventions I could find more.
Israel is stuck if they refuse to have civilian casualties they can't attack Hamas. If they don't attack Hamas they will have civilian casualties.

So no matter how this plays out civilian lives will be lost. What is going to stop Hamas from repeating this again they already said they would. More hostages more Israeli families raped and murdered. I don't see any choice for Israel they have to keep going until they can destroy Hamas.

The only peaceful solution is if Hamas surrendered their weapons and signed a peace treaty. I don't think this would ever happen Hamas doesn't care about its people only its cause. And won't stop until they have removed every jew from the middle east.

Yes, immediately after Yom Kippur and with Zionish rhetoric, Netanyahu has angered UN and whilst as a collective, they remain neutral, member states are beginning to openly condemn Israeli actions in Gaza and Palestinian interests elsewhere.

The writer of this article has identified Israeli actions @ Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem as the catalyst for Hamas attacks

Hamas’ Operation Al-Aqsa Flood was meticulously planned. The launch date was conditioned by two triggering factors.

First was Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu flaunting his ‘New Middle East’ map at the UN General Assembly in September, in which he completely erased Palestine and made a mockery of every single UN resolution on the subject.

Second are the serial provocations at the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, including the straw that broke the camel’s back: two days before Al-Aqsa Flood, on 5 October, at least 800 Israeli settlers launched an assault around the mosque, beating pilgrims, destroying Palestinian shops, all under the observation of Israeli security forces.

Everyone with a functioning brain knows Al-Aqsa is a definitive red line, not just for Palestinians, but for the entire Arab and Muslim worlds.dissidentvoice.org...

I think timing is everything and the expansion of BRICS, with the inclusion of another six members, Iran, UAE, Egypt, Ethiopia, Argentina (and cuckoo in the nest, Saudi Arabia) due to go 'live' on January 2024, Israel have triggered western hegemons to further coalesce global MIC.

Officially remaining neutral allows MIC to continue arming both sides, make more $£$£$$$$, thereby increasing economic power, representing real hegemonic threat to any burgeoning global power that may challenge or change status quo.

You might also want to consider the "March of Return".

Why act all surprised when you shoot kids, journalists and medics during a peaceful protest? Have we all collectively forgot about the inconvenient parts of history before the 7th or have we simply lost our minds?

What power/means do civilians have to not be human shields. Everyone with a weapon is Hamas...the rest are hostages basically. When is its ok to kill the hostages to get to the hostage takers...I know...its when you want to take the land and kill off the people who live on it. Who put Hamas in power anyway...

Nothing like a victim mind set to always play the victim.

2 hands is a start. Align with the IDF is another step.

While Israel most definately does have all the necessary expertise and extensive experience of such operations, I do wonder, since the Israelis have, on occasion, carried out assassinations on behalf of the US, perhaps further assistance could be sought from the 8000 US service personnel currently based in Qatar. Or, more preferably, use their diplomatic ties with the Qatari government to assist in negotiating another outcome.

Rather seems like a missed opportunity.

Answer the question.

What hospital has Israel destroyed.

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, who is visiting the region, has said that any armed group who uses civilian infrastructure to shield itself is contravening the laws of war. However, he added: “But such conduct by Palestinian armed groups does not absolve Israel of its obligation to ensure that civilians are spared … Failure to do so is also in contravention of the laws of war – with devastating impact on civilians.”

UN official admits hamas is using civilians as shields.
Quite the admission. There goes the narrative.

Nobody cares about the question?

It's about attacks on hospitals, which still would be a war-crime if Israel "just" bombed the entrance for another massacre. Why not drop this line on inquiry, and try to focus on the topic instead?
