Afghanistan is a militarized-radicalized state since Soviet fights. It will take long time to fix. That's what is happening in Gaza. The more civilians killed, the more Afgan-like it's going to become. That is why either support the Palestinian people instead of bombing them OR nuke them because bombing them will support Hamas in getting more recruits.

Looks like it takes a year to formally leave NATO.

Article 13 of the North Atlantic Treaty, is the article that member states use for informing other members or parties that it wishes to leave the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation. It states the following:

After the Treaty has been in force for twenty years, any Party may cease to be a Party one year after its notice of denunciation has been given to the Government of the United States of America, which will inform the Governments of the other Parties of the deposit of each notice of denunciation.

This means that after 20 years since the signing of the treaty which was in 1949, thus 1969, any member state that wishes to leave just has to inform the United States that it wants to leave, and then after a year it formally leaves.

Anyone calling for a ceasefire wants Jews/Israelis to be dead.
That is what a ceasefire brings. Terrorists do not just lay down their arms and sit down for tea and cookies.
Islamic ideology should be eradicated from the face of this Earth as it cannot coexist with society. All of society - outside of Israel too.

Ceasefire is good for two reasons

We could have new world war where millions of Europeans and Americans die in nuclear war, so increasing the scale of the war is not good at all.

The second reason that there is a humanitarian crisis in Gaza due to bombing, lack of medical supplies and blockage of international ports. The current condition is the greatest gift to Hamas, because peaceful Palestinian people get recruited for Hamas to take revenge.

Everyone are such freaking pawns with this.

One tiny country defending themselves like the force they are and its nonstop crocodile tears for a society totally complicit being shields and devices to use.

No outrage that Hamas sets it up that way. They get an eternal pass for fighting like cowards that think of their own citizens as "devices to anger the Muslim world".

They didn't choose the backroom of a commercial estabiblishment for their command post, they chose a hospital. Yet, NONE of the blame goes on them. The world overlooks it. It's sickeningly bias.

Why? Because they can't have actual military compounds? Someone force them to seek out places with the most innocent victims covering them to use as hideouts and storage rooms? Nothing for their choice of tactics?

"I'm sorry, we can't get you Hamas, for you see, because you use you own families as shields we can't engage you! We want to, but the world might get angry, so I guess you can just plan the next attack while we do somersaults to appease the most easily angered and antisemitic people on Earth."

Kind of interesting how some folks want a ceasefire in Gaza but you never hear a word about a ceasefire in Ukraine. Are there not also human beings there who are pawns of tptb? Surely some babies are dying there also. Just wondering why no outcry for any peace there.

Define catch 22.

They're tactics are pretty obvious. Even kept half the people in North Gaza from evacuating to the South. Put out advisories to not evacuate still. And they stay. So Israeli led bloodshed can be maximized by design.

It's that everyone conveniently neglects WHY there is much Palestinian deaths. It was designed from the moment of attack to play Israel into this position.

Someone didn't want Saudi Arabia talking to Israel so they sabotaged it, Israel retaliated as expected, and Islam moved the rook into place.

Iran played this beautifully. Now the world hates Israel as much as them. And Israel support will fall away quickly as the world plays out its self-fulfilling prophecy to turn all against the one.

People won't leave their homes because they're afraid that they won't be able to return back as that has happened before. There are so many Palestinian refuges around world that cannot return again. Israel should confirm and promise these people that they can return back to their homes, otherwise, people won't leave.

Saudi Arabia is so weak to let external entity to change it's political will. It is a really weak stupid country.

Iran will lead the world to WWIII and nobody cares.

If the process is like the West Bank they'll do the imminent domain thing and pay market value for the property. Or pay them to leave. They can buy their country if they wanted. The 1.7 Israeli Muslims might not support it and vote against those candidates, but they can settle that way. As soon as Hamas is gone I imagine.

On the surface it seems like they want to ethnically cleanse Gaza, remove the population and relocate them. Seems like they are being like Nazis. That's the common comparison anyway..
