Does it matter if it is one week or one year old? I'm not claiming that the practice of using Palestinian people as human shields is being used today. I mean historically, it is known that human shields is an IDF common practice.

Similar to USS Liberty, doing something and lie about it, claiming it was mistake while all the American sailors claimed, it was deliberate attack against USA.

So? You have nothing newer than five years old? How about newer than 10 years old? Or you have no real understanding when and where the photos were taken?

Sure, I have so many many pictures and videos. Some people were being used as shields during firing weapons. We can spend a lifetime discussing every minor detail about them. I don't think that it is necessary to do that. Maybe you are working in copyright office and like to spend your time putting date stamps of photos. I'm not interested in that.

Israel faces human shield claim
Mohammed Badwan
Activists claim Mohammed was tied to the jeep by police.
Israeli human rights activists have accused border police of using a 13-year-old Palestinian as a human shield.
Rabbis for Human Rights say that Mohammed Badwan was tied by police to a jeep during a recent demonstration in the West Bank village of Bidou.

The police apparently hoped this would stop Palestinians from throwing stones during a protest against Israel's West Bank barrier.

Israel's Supreme Court banned the use of human shields in 2002.

Rabbis for Human Rights also say that the boy was beaten by Israeli police before being arrested.

Israeli police spokesman Gil Kleiman said: "It's unclear what happened, we do not expose civilians to physical damage willingly."

The case is to be investigated by the Israeli Justice Ministry.

Lol, that is irrelevant. Hamas first of all is a terror organization. There is nothing of this sort.

Although Hamas is terror organization, I didn't see enough evidence that they have used hospitals and schools for storing weapons or use them as base.

I'm not trying to say they don't, but I have not seen the evidence.

I'm glad that Israel did outlaw the practice. I hope that they will outlaw killing of civilians.

One, identified as Amer Abu Awash, a member of Hamas’s elite Nukhba force, was asked about the connection between hospitals in Gaza and the “metro”, Hamas’s extensive tunnel network. A handcuffed Awash replied: “Most of them are hidden in the hospitals. [At] Shifa [hospital], for example, there are underground levels … Shifa is not small, it is a big place that can be used to hide things.”

Abu Awash was then asked by the interrogator about why Hamas was using medical institutions such as hospitals and clinics, to which he answered, “[so] you won’t strike them.”

I have read the article twice. I see the evidence are either based on confessions by someone who is held prisoner which might be lies for many purposes such as avoiding or stopping torture.

I have read before in the news that Hamas called for UN investigation for the allegations made in the article. They have promised to let UN inspectors check the places that Israel claims to be used by terrorists.

I want to see the UN investigation results.
