The Green Party remembers because it was/is a Green Party infinitive.

The Funniest yet is the removal of a Alexander Hamilton statue commemorating his defeat of George Davis making the city free.... Why is that funny? They thought it was a statue of George Davis as if theyd never seen a dime in their life.

any-hoo sounds like a good motto if needing one... wink wink

And I just showed you that Republicans are banning thousands of books from schools.

If that's no big deal because you can still go buy those books from a bookstore, then the destruction of one Lee statue must not be a big deal because there's countless others in the world.

No,, no complaining to the mods, for now they are to busy, better to call out those who like to act like forum bullies when I find them. When the mods find time to get back to drifting my posts is when I will stop.

Yes. Indirectly. If a bunch of Nazis didn't get their panties in a twist that the people of Charlottesville wanted the monument removed, Heather Heyer would still be alive.

And soon, they will have removed all references to our past, and white wash it all, so we will have a nice clean slate to make those same mistakes again.

Remind me again which side is banning books and literally white washing history by banning any history that makes white people look bad?

More nonsense from you, weren’t you banned already? Tell me one book the right has banned? What history is being banned? There’s a difference in banning books in schools teaching children about blowjobs and anal sex vs banning Dr. Seuss or To Kill a Mockingbird which was all the doing of you lefty’s.

A good example of the left’s hypocrisy when it comes to banning.

And if the Democrats didn’t set up a staged “insurrection” on Jan 6th, Ashli Babbitt would still be alive.

I myself did not support the removal of any statues. I thought they should be left exactly where they were to mark the mentality of those who put them up. Much the same as I object to removal of any posts or threads over the last week so we cal all have for instant reference just how thin is our veneer of maturity and civility.

Guaranteed I can get every book on the list. If you want your kids reading that garbage go buy it, then you can read it at home. What can’t you comprehend that that garbage doesn’t belong in schools?

If they are inaccurate in their teaching of the subject it is a good thing to recycle those out for what is actual information before it is imprinted in peoples minds as accurate factual information.

Boards of education are likely dancing as if were a senior prom excited to put those old books in the back seat.

A college math book I had from Macmillan oh wow so many wrong answers when the teacher was using the teachers edition key less than two weeks it was just thrown out.

“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”

I won't target just the democrats, and any republican that wants to ban "1984" is an idiot.

Last time I checked James Fields was a white supremacist. The organizers of J6? I'm not seeing any Democrats in that mix.

According to the “facts” that you believe.

I feel a need to clarify that banning gender theory
(which is really just gender philosophy or at best, gender hypothesis), is different from banning
"To Kill A Mockingbird" or Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.

The reason being that one is rooted in the history of the nation, which is factual.
Gender idendity nonsense is philosphical hypothesis and debate, not rooted in objective fact, but rather ideology.

Also, because gender theory is sexual in nature. The whole idea of gender identity is predicated on figuring out who will be sexually interested in you, and who you will be sexually interested in, and if kids aren't even going through puberty yet,
then that's clearly grooming.

Besides, one thing about the radical left's obsession with gender has always bothered me:
The radical feminists began the movement by saying that Gender was just a social construct.

Trans people adopted those social gender roles to mickic a stereotypical female.
Now gender-fluid and poly-gender, and, "non-binary" people use the very same social stereotypes of binary genders,
to indicate whatever gender they claim to feel like.

If gender identity is just a social cliche, then gender identity is meaningless altogether, and I don't understand how they don't see that.

In terms of banning racist language like "N*gger Jim", well, no need: just have it be an 8th grade or 9th grade book, or a high-school book. Just wait until kids are old enough to put it in perspective. They'll be fine.
Making slurs even more taboo is only gonna make it more fun for prepubescent boys to use them.
Trust me on that.

That is the most terrifyingly predictable thing I've ever read on ATS, because you're right,
and so was the comment you're replying to, and everyone's been saying it for years.

They're actually banning 1984. Add that to the list of "Pattern Recognologist" wins.
