The Palestinian people voted to make the HAMAS party their leaders, like the American people voted in 2020 to make the DEMOCRAT party our leaders.

Palestinians in Gaza are now feeling the repercussions of their decision.

Likewise, Americans are being brought closer feeling repercussions that FAR surpass the economic pain inflicted on us thus far, by Biden-Democrats...

I’m not going to narrate against this Pentagon announcement today,

I’m just going to share.

Something is happening that is beyond just Israel going into Gaza.
See the Pentagon Announcement Here: theconservativetreehouse.com... ot-battalions-along-with-expanded-prepare-to-deploy-orders/#more-252263

CHINA is now sending powerful Naval strike groups to the Mediterranean area too.

This is the REAL DEAL folks. 😳 😡

Sounds to me that US has gotten some very troublesome intel that may include heavy incursions in the Gaza area, to set a full-blown attack on Israel.

But from where the weapons are reaching Palestine is this is to be truth.

Iran is the one that US should be dealing with, no butt kissing theme with rewards on the lax oil sanctions that makes possible for Iran to be billions in revenue.

Now the other scenario could be that the US war machine is looking for a way to get more tax dollars on defense contracts.

You know kind of reminiscent of after 911 and how bloated the defense budget was.

The people of Gaza are the victims.

Claims that the people of Gaza are responsible for Hamas rest on two central pillars, both deeply flawed. The first is that Gaza voted for Hamas in the Palestinian legislative elections in 2006, which led to the group taking power by force the next year. The second is that if Gaza residents don’t want to be governed by a terrorist organization, they could throw Hamas out. Since they haven’t done so over the last 17 years, this implies acquiescence at least, if not affirmative approval of Hamas’s ideology and activities.

To begin with, most Gazans alive today were either not yet born or not yet adults when that election took place. Hamas won it with less than 45 percent of the vote in Gaza and the West Bank, though it did win a clear majority in Gaza City. And polling data suggested that voters were motivated not by Hamas’s eliminationist stance toward Israel, but rather its promises to clean up corruption and improve internal security. In fact, an exit poll from that election found that three-quarters of Palestinian voters wanted Hamas to change its stance on Israel and around 80 percent supported a peace agreement.

And of course, the Palestinians haven’t gotten a second chance at democracy. When Hamas took over in 2007, it expelled the Palestinian Authority and formed its own Islamist government in Gaza. This violent takeover scuttled a national unity government and led to an acrimonious split between Palestinian leadership in Gaza and the West Bank, which persists to this day and has become one of the main obstacles to progress toward peace or Palestinian statehood. Hamas, which does not actually believe in democracy, has not held further elections or allowed the operation of any political opposition in Gaza. That’s the inherent vulnerability of democracy to authoritarianism; democrats need to keep winning elections, whereas dictators only need to win once.

As are the American citizens and those of other nations who 'elected' and let our current administration lead us all into this mess.

This is the aftermath of Trump and his endless spending/complete failure at handling a pandemic. Anything Biden has done to the economy hasn't really had time to settle in yet.

No argument there. Makes one wonder what's really behind the push to a no ceasefire.

What do you believe will be the result of Bidenomics? I mean, once it has time to "settle in"?

If this economy is due to Trump policies, what's Biden's going to look like?

One set of policies brought money into the U.S., the other set is moving money OUT of the U.S.

Seems quite simple, really.

That is another good question, perhaps the "powers that be" is going to cash out on the Israel/palestine conflic, make it into a full blown imminent danger for the US the president have powers he can used, but this powers are limited and stopping elections is no one of them.

US has never delayed, change or stop any general elections in its history.

Soo I doubt that the desirable effect of creating a conflict or a danger to national security will stop elections in 24.

It was always gonna come to this regardless of what party was in charge.
To avert WW3 was always gonna take reducing spending, taxing the rich more, raising minimum wage, treating the Federal Reserve like a threat to national security, and with that, keeping open trade lines to keep all nations happy unless they were a direct threat, but the rich didn't wanna do that, because they can always send the poor to die.

On the bright side, it hasn't technically popped off until one of China's hits one of ours, or vice-versa.
I'll blindly cross my fingers and toes.
Maybe ours won't actually be doing anything but waiting just in case.
Doubt it, but ya never know, right?

While I don't agree with the 'spin' that sites like the linked one in the OP have, I do think that escalation of the conflicts are NOT what the world needs right now.

Also, as an aside, thanks for posting real content rather than the flame war stuff the kiddies are spamming us with at the moment.

Too say that Americans who voted for Biden/democrats asked for war in the middle east would be like saying the Americans that voted for Trump/republicans asked for the capitol to be attacked.

For sure, lack of logic from whoever came up with that one.

LMAO how stupid can someone be? My god you are dumb

Think of it this way: How frequently do you purchase big ticket items like cars, houses, or whitegoods? These things, because of their high costs, are the primary measures of the trading economy.

Changes made that would influence variation in the purchasing number and frequency of these types of goods will take a while because people have to save, or put themselves in debt, to purchase (few have that sort of money to hand). And so, the normal time-frames for economic transactions are somewhat slower than new legislative or other populist gross economic factors.

And we must remember that Trump claimed that he had caused an economic upturn in numerous measures, even before he had assumed office. Which showed he had a fairly low level of economic understanding, and didn't bode well for his administration.

The government shutdown that he forced to try and push through policy on the 'wall' also wasn't a good sign.

Trump was no genius and it reflected in economic damage that extends beyond his term of office.

That's not to say Biden's administration has been much more capable. We will have to wait to see how that turns out.

How do you perceive the mosque would get removed from the Temple mount, otherwise?
