Didn't you think she was telling the truth when she was part of Trump's team ? , but now you don't ?

When you look at the timeline for everything, they all were telling the truth as far as they knew it. The fact that Biden got 10s of millions of votes no one else ever got, including Obama makes any logical person say WTF. The problem is they just could not narrow it down as there were a lot of strings of suggestion floating.

Texas v Pennsylvania.

Pretty much says it all regarding "standing"

The government has deep pockets. Going against them is financial suicide. In most cases plea deals help stop the hemorrhaging of money. Our legal system is broken when the government (or the side with deeper pockets) can coerce someone into admitting guilt. It is up there with torture, waterboarding for example, where innocent people will admit to something just to make the pain stop. Sad times.

WTF was wrong with this woman to discredit herself for a dumb arse. Her and the others. At this point F "orange" man IMO.

Because the Democrat party cheated and stole the 2020 election. That's why. That fact will never change and is a stain on American history. She stood up and sacrificed her reputation for the truth.

Pretty simple actually

Except that didn't happen in reality. Only in Trump's head and some brain washed followers.

We still have to see a single shred of evidence (proven in a court of law) that this actually occurred. All I've heard to date is stories and conjecture and have seen zero evidence.

If we're trying to "Deny Ignorance" on this site, then come forward with proven facts.

That's because the Supreme Court refused to hear the case. ( yet somehow was willing to hear Al Gore's case in 2000.)

There has been plenty of evidence.

hereistheevidence.com...

A court acquitted OJ Simpson so I guess that means he was innocent and his own DNA lied 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm not going to assess each item, but I hardly consider that evidence. Stories and conjecture...maybe?

Like literally 2 of those line items like to Twitter and YouTube? As you wanting me to assume that no one ever puts out false information on either of those 2 platforms? They are FULL of disinformation or really just outright lies.

Just because you want to believe something doesn't make it reality.

Other side of that coin is just because you don't acknowledge the evidence doesn't make it go away.

Quite literally embracing ignorance....

If the gov. were after me I'm pretty sure they could drum up enough 'evidence' to ruin the rest of my life. I'd probably take a plea deal too, especially if the offer included some behind the scenes reward for my 'cooperation.

The 'justice' system has been proven time and time again to railroad a person on manufactured evidence, skewed testimony, half truths, blackmail and threats of repercussions.

Right now it's the conservative party being targeted; it will be interesting to watch when/if the pendulum swings back the other way. 'Nobody is above the law' and corrupt system that uses it for to further their agenda.

20 years if found guilty or plea deal for probation if you plead guilty. I don’t know many people who wouldn’t take a plea deal.

Someone who is innocent of the charges would not take the plea deal.

I was once accused of theft by the police. Wouldn't budge no matter what they said. In the end I walked away because I knew I hadn't done anything wrong and they knew they had zero evidence.

Evidence has to be credible. Sorry just because someone made up a webpage and linked to Twitter and YouTube, does not make that evidence. Take it to the courts. See if it will hold up.

You're 2nd sentence makes ZERO sense. You are basically saying I should believe whatever link I'm sent as reality without questioning it? How is that ignorance. You should be challenging EVERYTHING people tell you and asking for evidence/facts to back up said statements.

Show me 1 court case where evidence was submitted and accepted. I'll wait.

And that is the goal recently as to how the Governments deals with everything. They just keep coming at a person until that person is broke and in ruins. Was listening to a talk show and they were joking about My Pillow guy who is now basically broke with legal fees. His business is crashing as he sells off what he can. All fun and games to liberals, I guess, but that is the standard operations for NY.

I'm sure they will say...well next time you will think twice about what you say...Thought police is alive and well.

That fact?

There is no "That Fact" in the 2020 election accusations of stealing.

Not one.

But the Lindell was an active participant in a huge disformation/lying campaign. He should face justice. He claimed I believe twice to have credible evidence of election fraud, held these presentations, and both ended up being giant nothing burgers. He actually went so far as to offer some huge amount of money to anyone who could prove him wrong. They did, and he still won't pay.

Damn right his life should be in shambles. Next time don't spend years lying and trying to sell something that is already known to be false.

Tell that to one of the many people who spent 30 years in jail only to be proven innocent by dna and released when half their life is over

How many of her claims and suits (that got laughed out of Court) were cheered on by some folk on here?

I seem to remember all the releasing the "Kraken" and "Sooooon" stuff.

Seems not to have been the case.

Interesting.

Carry on.

She also, as part of her plea has agreed to testify honestly about her co-defendants at future trials.

Show trials. The Bolsheviks would be proud.

Cheers

Indeed they would.

She finally released the kraken. And that kraken is her kraken and it is afraid of her future. I think with this (not just her in particular but this entire local courts going after Trump as well as the Jack o lantern goon's cases) and the allowance of pro terrorist "protestors" being allowed to chant on capital hill how much they hate jews, I am finally convinced the USA is not long for this world. Was nice while it lasted, but we are run by idiots and criminals now.

You guys cheering this on, I do not think you understand what is going to be visited on all of us very soon regardless of your political persuasion. But keep cheering this on. Keep watching all your rights be taken away and given to the 1 percent.

Not the point , Canadianloudmouth stated “Someone who is innocent of the charges wouldn’t take the plea deal”.

How many innocent people spent half their life in prison for crimes they didn’t commit?

Sydney's hack of a lawsuit was so bad here in Michigan that she was sanctioned. I watched the livestream sanction hearing, she did no vetting of the affadavits, one included this gem "I heard from my boss, who heard from his boss, that something fishy was going on." This was her "proof". She also presented numbers that were completely incorrect, when the correct numbers that should have been used were publicly posted and available to her, meaning her claim was false with made up erroneous numbers. I couldn't believe when they read some of these in court. She admitted that she never once vetted anything she presented. It was ridiculous. She tried to throw Lin Wood under the bus, but even his crazy self was not having it.
