Yes. I would argue that a child who has been brainwashed from a young age to kill is an innocent.
The legal definition of insanity is when a person is unable to differentiate if their actions are right or wrong. So if a child is never taught that killing is wrong, how can you hold them responsible for their actions?

Not all Palestinians are Hamas. Once again, 50% of Gaza are children. Do you consider those children to be animals?

Another good question!
- democracy
- freedom
- equality
The happy end of a long folly; a 2-state solution we all have been waiting for since I saw the light of this world. Voila!

Same old condescending bollocks, now I wanna see you dead as well.
Is that reason enough to deny me your rights just like you did with them?

And since when has Palestine a charter?
Right now they would be happy if the UN charter made a dent.

So, once again, how does the average citizen of Gaza leave an area that is being turned into a killbox?

The border to Egypt is closed.
So, once again, where does the average citizen of Gaza go?

One cannot claims that a child is criminal because he thinks that his mom told him kill innocent people. Every human has the right to choose the right from wrong. By this ideology, we can claim that all Germans children should be killed because they are Nazi. This is hypocrisy.
