Rescue on Fractalus. Even found the scene. We had an Atari when I was a kid. Brings back memories, of other games too.

This game can be attributed as the very start of the post apocalyptic games.
It begot 2 series of very successful RPGs as spiritual successors.

I first played on a C-64 and today still play the original DOS game on a custom built AMD 5800x with an Nvidia 4080 .
If I could only get 4k textures for it.
I know , I have basically given it away....

99-01 or so.

No screenshots so this will have to do but what a game at the time...

Yea, and the "service hole" in the stall was certainly beyond edgy... They got in a bit of trouble for that!

Ok, here's one:

Starwars galaxies but given the lag the moment you had any sort of interaction it make it hard but there is/was a mod who was from KDS and those were fun days of running around shooting stuff only to find you had died 10 mins before and the server was only a few seconds behind you.
