While I can appreciate their solidarity with peaceful Westernized Muslims, these aren't Western Muslims.

There was a Pro-Palastine protest among our Arab population organized by an SDSU student group, who want The US to cut ties with Israel. Shared by Muslim student groups on EVERY college campus. I don't want to say Arabs support Hamas, but they share a vehement and uncritical lack of support for Israel.

For those who are or have friends, loved ones, and family who are Jewish, have dual citizenship and even direct ties, this is so much like 9/11, emotionally, the need for peace is gone. No peace. Lay waste. Not for mindless monsters using women and children as shields. Running in to an all night FUC*ING RAVE and attacking them for having fun on a Jewish holiday. And then taking the ones they didn't shoot in the back back into Gaza to be shields and leverage.

My tears are for them, not the victims of Israeli airstrikes trying to hit the Hamas hideout in a building of Families. My posts are blinded by anger at militant islam right now.

Especially now that Iran via Hezbollah (Just breaking) is joining the fight with rocket attacks of their own.

You are not wrong. They absolutely have a right to say what they want. But, as Congress-people, there must be some self control before spouting off. There is etiquette and certain professional behavior that goes with the job. Etiquette and respectable behavior is quickly becoming a thing of the past.

Same as it is for me in business settings. I’m free to say whatever I want but a client could boot me out of their office without any consequences. The 1st amendment doesn’t protect against an unfavorable response.
