Biden interviewed for two days by prosecutor in classified documents probe

President Joe Biden met with special counsel Robert Hur over the past two days regarding the allegedly mishandled classified documents that were discovered in his home and office, the White House said Monday.

"The voluntary interview was conducted at the White House over two days, Sunday and Monday, and concluded Monday," White House spokesperson Ian Sams said, according to The New York Times.

Would explain a few things for his actions during a very busy weekend.

Why Hurr team went ahead with the interviews is somewhat of a quandary. Yet perhaps that is indicative of the seriousness of the issue. Regardless, this Hurr investigation has been a snails pace and silent as the night.

Complete the opposite of what we've experienced from investigations the past 8 years or so.

'Voluntary' no doubt means it wasn't while under oath so nothing can be used against him; just like the Hillary 'investigation'.

My money is on Biden getting a free pass and collecting his 10%+.

I don't recall anybody knowing a strike from Hamas was imminent, or is this just domestic theater

FBI agents don't have the authority to put an interviewee under oath. However, in a voluntary FBI interview, the person being interviewed is reminded that lying to an FBI agent is itself a federal crime. This is exactly the process that was used to interview Hilary Clinton and Michael Flynn, for that matter, and would also apply to Biden.

Because Biden is the sitting POTUS the same restrictions on bringing charges against him during the tenure of his administration would apply to him as they did for Trump, regardless of the outcome of the investigation. As you may recall, the Crossfire Hurricane investigation investigated whether Trump may have been guilty of criminal conspiracy and/or obstruction of justice. Mueller found there was insufficient evidence to bring charges of conspiracy, but would not say that there wasn't sufficient evidence to bring charges of obstruction of justice--especially because the Trump team appeared to have destroyed some documentary evidence. Mueller specifically pointed out that Trump could theoretically have been prosecuted for obstruction of justice after his term was over and he was out of the White House but that he--Mueller--could not make such a claim as long as Trump was POTUS.

The same consideration would apply to Biden if he were found by Hur to have violated the Espionage Act, for example. But he won't be found to have violated that Act for the exact same reasons that Mike Pence was found innocent--neither Pence nor Biden met all the elements for violation of that Act.

Joe Biden has utterly destroyed himself already. Only terrorists and the dregs of society seem to love and defend him.

That's worth less than zero. At this point, it doesn't matter which crooked prosecutor or judge lets him escape justice.

Attorney General Merrick Garland (reluctantly) appointed Special Counsel Robert K. HUR to pick up where regular Prosecutor John Lausch left off, because the scope of what Biden had done required the resources and authorities possessed by a Special Counsel.

I am not in the minds of the puppet masters, so I cannot provide you with the motive. It is a logical fallacy, however, to believe that because you can't fathom their motives that they must not be deceiving you. This is akin to standing at a murder scene, blood and victims everywhere, and stating that because you can't fathom the motive it must not have happened.

If you can't attribute a motive, how can you attribute murder and victims?

The logic being implied here operate under a singular purpose and end. Therefore any further evidence only goes to bolster those ends.

This type of logic is a truth in search of facts, rather than facts leading to a truth.

Now I don't disagree with the premise that there are hidden hands and ulterior motives. Yet we can point them out. Unelected beurocrats and lobbyists. Monopolies on a world scale and of course, logistical regulations.

They don't need you to believe it happened. They need something in the MSM to point to and say, see, it happened. Directly followed by "that's classified," or "we don't comment on ongoing investigations."

Where did I say, suggest, or infer that I can't fathom thier motives? It's all theater is a classic ATS trope FWIW. I always try and ask the same question to everyone when they say it's all theater

No, it's not "akin" to a murder scene at all, the evidence is clear, LOL if your theater theory was "akin" to said murder scene shouldn't the evidence be just as clear? It is not clear, we can speculate and make educated guesses and generalities aka they are going through the motions, stalling, and a little bit of the down low. Thats DC as usual.
