I will say this again.

You're emotionally charged and can't see that war crimes cannot be answered with war crimes.

At one point Hamas and Israelis will have to sit down and negotiate so it's up to them how they do it. But they must do it.

War crimes committed by one side cannot be answered by war crimes committed by the other side.

And to emphasise this again, the actions of Hamas and their crimes cannot be used to justify the crimes committed by the Israeli Government.

I ve read it.
But at said above...

They must have to do it.

A charter isn't an excuse for continuing hostilities and war crimes.

www.theguardian.com...

The death toll from airstrikes, already at unprecedented levels, had reached more than 2,200. That included 724 children and 458 women, the Gaza health ministry said.

Over 2,200 Palestinians dead.
Over 1,200 women and children dead.
Clearly those dead can't be Hamas Militants as they are children and women or other innocent civilians.

It's clear there are thousands of people dead and the UN has said this is a humanitarian crisis.

No water, no electricity, no much food, no much petrol.

Collective punishment is a war crime.
I am sure that even you can see it.

Well, why then do you suggest they need to sit down and talk? BTW 28 years myself in the military.

Knock it off.
I'm not 'emotional' about any of this.
Quit repeating yourself with that off topic drivel.

They could shoot each other, I'm sure Israel would accept that.

... says Hamas. Maybe true. Maybe not true. It's impossible to know because communications and electricity and government are DOWN in Gaza, and Hamas is pumping out what they want people to hear.

I had this view since the beginning of the conflict. They can't escape its other and even our own officials said Israel can't eliminate Hamas. The only reasonable solution so not to have further escalation and generalised war in the area, is negotiations. The sooner the better.

Twitter thread documenting Hamas war crimes and debunking fake claims made by Hamas against Israel

All with great sources, including Hamas documenting and bragging about their own war crimes. Geneva Conventions articles cited and explained.

WARNING!!!!!!
Some very graphic pictures of dead babies and people burned beyond recognition, including a baby.

Hamas could try to open up a dialog, after they stop firing rockets into Israel.

Returning the hostages would be a good gesture too.

That's easy. All they need to do is hand over Hamas, and the hostages.

I would think as individual citizens they would go up to a IDF soldier and give themselves up. As a group, their government would have to announce the surrender, lay down all arms, and free all hostages. As Hamas is their government, I don't think they can surrender as a group without Hamas doing it.

I don't see Hamas surrendering.

when will people who justify hamas actions realize palestinians are pawns in an Muslim world vs israel proxy war? that what happened to palestinians in the past is just an excuse to justify hamas actions, that hamas are not palestinians and their cause is their own religious and/or personal ambitions, not liberation or justice for palestinians. they are the ones trapping the palestinians using terror attacks to bait israel to build walls then close gates, that's why egypt also closed the border, because the Arab nations want the palestinians to be forced to fight to the death for their ambitions and goals, they dont care what palestinians want or how many die, their deaths are just useful propaganda to maintain the proxy war. they fear the demise of Islam so they need a cause to maintain its existence.

how many of those civilians do you think know where hamas or the hostages are?
does that mean the rest cannot surrender?

If all palestinians worldwide chant 'death to hamas' instead of 'Gas the Jews' etc...It would be a much quicker way to rid the palestinian people of hamas and their tyrannical dictatorship over civilians who presumably just wanted to live their lives!
