The United Kingdom Will Begin Deploying Troops to the Ukraine vs Russia War Zone.

This is NOT a positive development...

LONDON, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Britain's government wants to deploy military instructors to Ukraine, in addition to training Ukrainian armed forces in Britain or other Western countries as at present, British defence minister Grant Shapps said.

To date, Britain and its allies have avoided a formal military presence in Ukraine, to reduce the risk of a direct conflict with Russia.

Britain has provided five-week military training courses to around 20,000 Ukrainians over the past year, and intends to train a similar number going forward.

Why send British troops to train Ukraine soldiers, instead of continuing to train Ukraine soldiers on British soil? Why take a HIGHER RISK route that accomplishes the same end result?

Shapps added that he hoped British defence companies such as BAE Systems (BAES.L) would proceed with plans to set up arms factories in Ukraine.

So much dirty cash flying around, might as well make an earner out of it...smh

The front is getting pushed further and further back all the time.

Logistically, makes sense to train people on their own soil, in areas that are safe from enemy fire.

I've been complaining since the beginning, because our Intel agencies are refusing to cause Putin to have a fatal heart attack.

Hundreds of women and children are killed in Ukraine every month.

It could have been stopped long ago, if leaders cared more about lives than they do about the cash that war puts in their off-shore bank accounts.

Not really news.

There have been limited special forces deployed to Ukraine from both US/UK for training purposes, logistics, and security advisement for quite some time.

They've been trying to start ww3 since Obama got in office.
He wasn't allowed to start it himself because that would set a bad precident for electing anyone other than old white men.
Clinton was supposed to be handed the win, and she woke have had us where we are today in her first few weeks.

I get the feeling Russia sees this as a long-term training exercise. They let Zelenskyy give guided tours of the Capital City without zapping him from above. It's just a game.

How can a section be "safe from enemy fire"? A cruise missile into the barracks would wipe out the British and Ukraine troops.

And the fact is there have indeed been military advisers from the UK in Ukraine regarding troop training for a while.

IMO, Zelenskyy wouldn't be going from country to country wearing knee-pads, if his position was strong.

Too many have probably been deserting and disappearing while in Britain. In Ukraine, they have no place to run.
