it's important to know that what Joe Biden is being accused of is not a crime, it's just wrong and POTENTIALLY a crime depending on what favors he sold.

A case isn't made on one person's testimony. It is a collection of multiple sources of evidence. Until there is enough evidence to prove someone is guilty they are presumed innocent.

there could be pictures of Joe Biden meeting with Hunters Business partners and you would deny it. I can't think of any evidence you would accept as proof Joe Biden was involved in what Hunter was selling. You aren't honest. While I may somewhat agree with you about not having any direct evidence, why was the laptop suppressed so hard during the 2020 election? Polls afterwards indicate that it would absolutely swayed enough people to change the outcome. It's really hard to win when you're playing against a stacked deck.

One simple question no one seems to be asking. What services did the Bidens offer to get millions from foreign agents? They have nothing to offer yet received millions. Can't say it was legal advice can't say it was business advice since they have no business.

So what exactly did they offer to receive the payments? People want to get stuck on its not illegal well with RICO laws it is illegal to sell access to your position in government. If the only reason he got paid was because he was vice president that is selling his position.
