Taxes fund schools , public safety & infrastructure.

There were two orders. Trump's lawyers had filed a motion for summary judgment to dismiss the case. It was ruled against.

The NYAG filed a summary judgment motion to have the case decided without going to trial due to overwhelming evidence. It was partially granted.

Yes. The summary judgment motion was on the basis that it claimed there was no evidence. The Judge therefore had to decide whether there was evidence.

He ruled that there was.

I actually had a very 4 good years under Trump, the best compared to the 10 years before, so he was great. He was also making the choices we needed to do 10+ years ago, so I'm not stuck with him...
