The vast majority of J6 defendants spent no time in pretrial detention.

Doesn't detract from the fact that a large number of them did.

He's the one that organized the protest at the Capitol?

The violent part? Pretty much, yeah...

Yeah. I thought the closest he got was a tour of the White House with Latinos for Trump. I guess you forgot him denouncing them a few different times.

Link

Research. My question is who in Congress got the invite for them? Also, the USSS has to clear these people so they were not worried about him being in the White House but he was a threat to democracy on 1/6?

After the debate, the Trump administration sought to distance itself from Tarrio and Latinos for Trump. A spokesman told The New York Times, "This individual is not affiliated with the Trump campaign, the family, or our official Latinos for Trump coalition," referring to an arm of the campaign with the same name as the group Tarrio is involved with.

More fodder for the sheep....

They don't have home on camera entering the Capitol. They don't have him on camera assaulting police. They have no evidence he had a plan to storm the Capitol and was working with others to effect that plan, so they can't really charge him with conspiracy.
They have him on camera throwing things at police. I'll have to see if I can dig that video up for you.

ETA Admittedly it's a biased site but they have video proof in the article.

What insurrection? They’re still calling J6 an insurrection?

WASHINGTON — Ray Epps, a Jan. 6 participant whose removal from the FBI's Capitol Violence webpage sparked conspiracy theories that he was a federal informant, was charged in connection with the Capitol attack on Tuesday.

Epps is charged with one misdemeanor count, disorderly or disruptive conduct on restricted grounds. He was charged by information, which suggests that he plans to enter a plea deal.

Source

I'm sure this will do nothing to quell the conspiracy theories surrounding Epps.

That said, he has now been charged for his actions on J6 and it sounds like he will be taking a plea deal.

The charges sound in line with most of the J6 cases, barring those where there's physical evidence of the defendant committing assault.

Lol, it’s a Hunter Biden “charge”.

Clear the air of “double standard / two tier justice” with an easily beat case, that doesn’t have a connection to slow Joe or nasty Nancy.

And you believe it / support it with all your heart.

Be ashamed. But being the nice guy I am, bless your little heart, aren’t you special, you really tried.

This is more like getting bitch slapped by TPTB than it's
getting justice from the legal system. We're in real trouble folks.

If obvious facades like this are propped up by non thinking gov.
shills? And woke libs who hate this country and seek it's destruction.
And we sit and don't recognize our enemy as freedom loving people.
Then we will get what they're inviting.

Ahhh don't get me started I get vertigo on the soap box.

Yeah, they get a thrill out of getting away with murder and child sex trafficking, but an even bigger thrill from showing us they did it, and can’t be held to account.

I always wonder how long they’ve been at it.

We seem to think that it started with Ike’s warning and JFK’s decision to stop them ….. and his murder.

But did they send Booth to kill Lincoln ? It probably would have been a good deal to see the civil war or it’s aftermath kill America.

We know there was a group against independence during the American revolution.

An independent constitutional America has always been a thorn in the side of authoritarian/ communist movements around the world.

We know they had their antifa / commie types in America, in the 1930’s, 1950’s, 1970’s, 2010’s.

1990’s, who knows ? Maybe Reagan / Thatcher had them shut down in that era.

But I have a feeling they’ve always been here in one form or another.

Just so happens, I've been down that rabbit hole enough to know
the answer. And you may not like it at all. It does require an open
mind and here's a hint. I've heard two referrences one was a speech
by George Bush jr. If you can find the path using the term "Ancient
promise" as they referrence it? Not easy when I did it shortly after
listening to Bush's speech. In fact I no longer can find that speech
on you tube. But you should try that if you're truly interested.
No substitute for your own research rather than just asking.

And one more thing. Just keep in mind, it's not what you believe
it's what they believe.

Nick Fuentes was another person who should of easily been charged but escaped chargers even though some of his fellow
"groypers" got charged. I though at first the whole Epps thing was the fallout of people looking for a scapegoat (I still believe that seems to be true to an extent) but as things have played out I believe their is some serious question marks around the guy. It wouldn't shock me if later on down the line we find out he he was an informant and gave info to help the feds with j6 or about associates/groups he's associated with.

Regardless of his lawsuit, he should be charged no differently then the proud boys, especially the one who wasn't even there. Ray Epps is forever immortalized on the silver screen for his actions that day and the day prior. He should get no less than 18 years. Don't you agree, or are you also a fan of 2 sides of justice?

Another sweetheart deal. Epps will be immune from future prosecution (by the next DOJ), like they tried to do for Hunter Biden. I hope the same judge reviews the Epps plea deal and tosses it, if it contains future immunity.

why not just kill them. saves money in the long run.

How did the people of 1930s Germany allow their leaders to commit the worst atrocities the world has ever seen?

Some were scared that if they spoke up it would than happen to them. Others saw the first group as scumbags that should get whatever they deserve.

news

Then, on July 1, between the hours of 3:37 a.m.and 5:55 p.m., the FBI finally took action on Ray Epps. But not to prosecute him, or to announce a sweeping investigation or FBI SWAT raid on Epps’s house for all of his phones and electronics. Instead, someone at the FBI quietly and stealthily purged every trace of Ray Epps from the Capitol Riots Most Wanted database.

Ray Epps appears to be among the primary orchestrators of the very first breach of the Capitol’s police barricades at 12:50pm on January 6. Epps appears to have led the “breach team” that committed the very first illegal acts on that fateful day. What’s more, Epps and his “breach team” did all their dirty work with 20 minutes still remaining in President Trump’s National Mall speech, and with the vast majority of Trump supporters still 30 minutes away from the Capitol.

Lt. Tarik Khalid Johnson is seen in the video asking a group of men to help him get more than a dozen trapped Capitol Police officers out of the Capitol.

“The men who answered the call to help were members of the Oath Keepers, a nationwide group of current and former military, law enforcement, and first responders who have been targeted by federal prosecutors for allegedly conspiring to attack the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021,” the report noted.

“The prosecutors’ narrative has more holes than Swiss cheese, but it [the video] does directly refute their claim,” said attorney Jonathon Moseley, who previously represented Florida Oath Keepers leader Kelly Meggs.

Yeah, a slap on the wrist charge because he was an undercover op for the feds and they know he's obviously guilty of inciting violence. he should have the book thrown at him as well as criminally charging every fed he was in contact with and who put him up to it.
The real Insurrection was November 3rd 2020 when the election was stolen, january 6th was just a staged open house.
