IT’S BACK! Providence Hospital System Imposes COVID Vaccine for Healthcare Workers – Non-Compliance Results in Unpaid Leave and Potential Termination - LINK - X.com

The healthcare giant announced on its InOurCircle app—a platform designed for employees to “stay up-to-date on company news”—that all workers (including those who are vaccinated and boosted by previous shots) are now required to receive the latest COVID-19 vaccine. And get this: failure to comply could result in unpaid leave or even job termination!

The announcement outlined several key requirements for employees:

All caregivers must receive the newest vaccine and provide proof of vaccination by November 30.

Employees who opt not to get vaccinated may submit a declination form. Those who already have an approved exemption do not need to submit a new declination.

Employees who fail to comply by the November 30 deadline may be removed from the schedule, placed on unpaid leave, and could face termination for continued non-compliance.

Caregivers who are fully remote and never report to an office are encouraged to be vaccinated but are not required to participate.

That was early days, when the only treatments were invasive and risky.

There is nothing invasive about taking Vitamin D3, NAC, etc or taking Ivermectin of HCQ.

Now we have vaccines and monoclonals and years of refinement of care.

They aren't vaccines, they are genetic therapies, monoclonals are very very expsnsive and invasive.

And you can't have that COVID-19 is as benign as the common cold, and yet also is so dangerous that bed rest and isolation in early and mild cases is killing people, can you?

I've never made that exact statement that it is as benign as the common cold, and it wasn't the bed rest/isolation that was killing people, it was what was done to these people when those with serious comorbidities started having difficulty breathing and they were admitted to the ICU, vented, and put on remdesivir, a well know toxic chemical that destroys the liver and other organs in the body.

Did the unvax ones die at home?
Or in hospital?

I was in GA for most of the stupidity and I know exactly 1 person to die in that time.

A military E7 in good physical condition, got the jab was found dead in base housing like 10 days later.

I would pick a more reliable source to follow.

"David is wildly popular with COVID conspiracy theorists, who are drawn to his daily tweets mocking scientific experts, spreading doubt about the safety of the COVID vaccine, and ridiculing those taking precautionary measures, like wearing masks."

Sure, but why didn't those 'treatments' work in India and Brazil?

Now we have vaccines and monoclonals and years of refinement of care.

They aren't vaccines,

I know, only things made from the vaccinia virus are vaccines. Americans have been mislabeling immunizations and inoculations for decades.

they are genetic therapies, monoclonals are very very expsnsive and invasive.

Well, although they don't modify the genetics of the target, they are genomic therapies. As are monoclonals, as are most immunizations where the sequence of the source virus is modified, such as with most subunit, recombinant, conjugated, inactivated, viral vector or attenuated types of vaccine.

Your previous post referred to 'no-treatment until admitted to ICU' treatment policy as killing patients. I took that to mean that the 'no treatment' policy was what you had issue with.

I would expect that normal nutrition, existing prescribed medication administration and other standard care options were still being done for patients prior to ECU, despite what you call a 'no treatment' policy.

edit on 18-9-2023 by chr0naut because: (no reason given)

No but he's implying that's why this is rolling out. The stock price isn't wrong. Him implying that it's tied to the timing is without evidence.

For a while we heard of Flu Type A. A very weak Flu.
Now we don't .
Now we here about a new COVID strain.
Let the lies, propaganda, and book cooking begin....
"This person died with with flu type A.
Mark it down as died from COVID.
And add 20 more to the list"

"No weapon formed against me shall prosper."

I know two men in their forties who’ve died of heart attacks. I can’t say for certain it’s the vaccine but they were both ardent mask zombies and vaccine proponents. I have a colleague in work who developed blood clots in his lungs days after the booster.

Something is killing people way above average, even when you exclude covid as the cause. There’s many studies which now show the vaccinated are now more likely to be hospitalised from Covid than those who didn’t take it. These vaccines cause heart damage under certain circumstances and certain batches, I’m no longer in any doubt.

Again, it’s your body, feel free to take the shots.

Shouldn’t a so called vaccine show clear and effective protection against the virus it seemingly protects against?

The mere fact it’s up for serious debate shows what a joke the high efficacy narrative is.

If you convinced the majority of the population to take daily tests in order to work then everytime someone dies from any cause you list that death as “cold” related. I’m sure the figures would be comparable to Covid. They’re essentially the same thing.

I thought healthcare workers are in such short supply, the workers are in charge.

All cause deaths have risen sharply in the time frame of the disease, and fallen again after the disease has burnt itself out and vaccinations against the disease have increased.

2 for a dollar.

3rd one is free.

By 10 get myocarditis for free. It’s a win win.

Mask up and get your booster. Hollywood and the View said so.

Just ask Whoopi. Fully boosted and got Covid. Twice.

The fall in ratio of severe or fatal outcomes for those hospitalized, despite the bloom in infection numbers, is indication of the effectiveness of the vaccines.

Most anti-vax online pundits were declaring the vaccines as ineffective from day one of the announcement that the vaccines were available. It doesn't mean that they were correct, but that the BS was loud.
