An example would be nuclear weapons where once one country obtained the secret, many more countries developed their own very quickly. The positive here is if only one country had nuclear weapins, the energence of the nuclear tyrant becomes posible. So even MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) has a positive side.

Indeed I've Stated before that Nuclear weapons were a bell that once rung could not be unrung , It's like a Lone Gunman. A single person with a gun can control 50 unarmed people.

Knowledge can be given. Understanding comes only through experience
And a minute of understanding, is worth a lifetime of knowledge

I have had more 5th kind experience with these types of things, than probably anyone you will ever meet in this world. Communicating with physical orbs of light (or "burning bush" if you prefer) for hours a night, every night, for years

I can explain the nature of the "secret" you are referring to, and why things may be happening the way they are

Firstly, when individuals in the world first (physically) encounter orbs, or entities that could be called Illuminated or Annunaki, their main thoughts and questions are to who or what they are communicating with

*Most are too frightened, or amazed, to have the presence of mind to even try communicating with them. I am told, those that do are considered "interesting", and a possible candidate for Illuminated initiation*

And the only definitive answer that is given to them by those they encounter is:
"I am what I am"

This is a test of deterministic will ...
If you believe this to mean they are the God, or Jesus, then this is who they will be
If you believe them to be aliens, then this is who they will be
If you believe them to be some type of spirit or guide, then this is who they will be

People who come to conclusions such as this are deemed to be subject to their own deterministic will. Meaning, they are happy to come to a conclusion on things unknown (and unknowable) based upon what they think they know, or what they believe

You cannot fill a cup, which is already full
You cannot teach a person to understand, what they think they already know

Personal belief, is not the same as knowing
Knowing, is not the same as understanding

Struggling within your internal mind, as to the nature of your secondary external bodies (be they people, animal, plant, or alien), creates disparity within your alignment

Ironically, this means that the people who believe they understand the nature or will of things like God and Aliens, are actually those as far from understanding creation, as any individual can be

My point is, that the true nature of these things are, by design, not to be known. At least, as we are in this world

Or even to be believed, to be known

There is beauty within the speculation and consideration of the multitudes of possibilities, which would not exist within knowing

Which is the point, of what you could consider to be "their secret"

I'm not talking about secrets of the military, government, religion, or any society or order of man, who know as little as anyone else

I am talking about the secrecy of that which we speculate upon itself

In Illumination, you are not admitted as an initiate, to physically experience death and traverse the underworld, until you learn to quite the internal questions and need to try define or know these things

You need first accept their true nature, and let them be as they are

Because if you didn't, your mind would literally tear itself apart and destroy you, within what you experience in the years after you die (close one eye) to be considered an initiate (internalised) and enter the underworld ("Initiate", literally meaning "to go into")

Traversing the underworld, you will experience terrifying things beyond arguments of Aliens and God in this world, which make such arguments seems comical

Not because of the nature or validity of the arguments, or the evidence within them. But because of the divisive linear context by which people perceive such things

Having said this, you may well be right with why information is being put out there. Only, a little off about who is doing it and why

They speak of personal dimensional aspects (or degrees) within our ability to exist (Entered initiate), reflect (Fellowcraft), and understand self (Master Mason)

Which then extends out in degrees, to our dimensional ability to relate to the planet from the primary (4th - 8th degree), to relating to an external or secondary person or perspective from the primary (9 - 12), then to the secondary or external as the primary itself (13th, which is why 13 is considered "unlucky" to the individual, as it relates to a secondary person or perspective) ... Then time ... etc, etc

The difference between the Freemasons and Illuminated, is that we understand the sequence, as it relates to the creation of a cell/sphere (Torus - Torah), within a centre of influence

The same process of degrees for perception, are those that create a physical cell

Meaning our conscious mind, is no different to the physical sun. They merely exist in phase to each other

By such, no "aliens" are really aliens. They merely understand more about how we exist and align, than the comparatively disconnected people of this world

We shift the spectrum, or range of frequency, it is very likely that they exist in the same world, within the same space as we do

Or, more specifically, it is likely that they are merely another version of us, somewhere (or in some time, cyclically) existing in the same space

The people behind places like Area 51 and Pine Gap understand this

These places are not what people think they are

They have a very specific purpose, which is related to holding a very specific, isolated, broad and constant, place within cycles of time

Your first pragraph above sounds like you are speaking from within the initiations central to humans, and in particular the males. That is a place I know little about except from external observation. Though I will say that I know first-hand Re's betrayal of Isis, and how the mysteries of Isis have been twisted to suit the male mind. Of the mysteries of Isis, I saw no value in trespassing and didn't glance past Isis' hymen.

Outside of the cloisters of initiation, outside in the in the wilds, if you gaze into their eyes one can read what is offered as to their nature. Nor does it hold true for the grays. To see what is behind those black almond eyes is a wonder.

The "I am what I am", well give it a go yourself and say that when something non-human wonders what you are. It won't earn their trust one iota.

The simplest answer is the secret is a lie.

Nazi propaganda convinced you that they used ancient means of contact aliens and demons to derive advanced tech. The us government expanded this idea for themselves to scare Russia China and its own citizens regarding the power of its own technology.

Or believe aliens flew from across the universe in little spaceships to interact with humans but only the secret branches of governments for some reason. Totally the most likely situation.

I'm a 32nd Degree Mason and Working my way up the York-Rite , I decided a long time ago that waiting for the Universe to come to me was getting me no where .

It has. I've been a Rosicrucian for several years now. I could be discribed as a Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, mystic, who has dabbled with shamanism.
As a Rosicrucian, I have been initiated in a temple by fellow Rosicrucians, but my studies become available online and of course, come from within.

Mystery school teachings and groups are great, but they are not prefect. Groups can have incredibly strong influences over their members, especially when members are swearing oaths that include their potential death, if those oaths are broken. Absolute allegiance to others, is a scary principal for someone who is taught to know and trust themselves. Mystery school students should be able to rise above these psychological restraints, and mentally work out these psychological deceptions and manipulations.

See that's the thing, we are taught to search within. Compendium is claiming to be getting information from talking balls of light, which I find suspect, so I asked for evidence. Some of what Compendium said, reminded me of the psychological occult muzzings of online attention seeking shock jock Morgue. Nihilism, fatalism, and other counter-productive belief systems.
