Fellows: Granted bond on his own recognizance. Violated the conditions of his bond multiple times before having his bond revoked. He was acting as his own attorney and had filed a number of continuances that had delayed the case.

Quaglin: Denied bond due to the severity of the crimes with which they were charged. His lawyers filed multiple continuances that saw his trial delayed until July of this year.

Sabol: Denied bond due to severity of the crimes. Outside of that I don't really see anything crazy about how long it took the case to go to trial considering the number of defendants.

Samsel: DOJ requested he be held without bond due to severity of crimes and Samsel did not contest. DOJ was originally ready to set a trial date in 2021 but Samsel was not ready. Trial was originally set for early this year but Samsel has filed two continuances that has seen it delayed until October.

Where it regards Gaetz, that case was closed with no wrongdoing.
