You know , this Thread Reminds me of an Occurrence I had about 4 Years Ago . I go into my Kitchen to make a Ham Sandwich and Lo and Behold there are Only One and a Half Slices of Ham Left in the Fridge . Now I am Really Set on having a Nice Thick Ham Sandwich that in my Mind I Deserve being the Gawd Damn Bread Winner around here , but What can I do ? So I call to my Ole Lady and Ask if We have Any MORE Ham in the Fridge that I am somehow not able to Locate . She Yells back that there is No More Ham in the Fridge other than what you See there , and Stop Bothering Her because she is on the Phone with my Mother in law . I'm Like , I Really NEED to Find Some More Ham that I Know has to be in there because I am Now Obsessed with the Idea of having that Ham Sandwich and because Real Men Always Get What they Want No Matter What ! I Look into Every Crevasse of that Damn Fridge and on the Bottom in the Crisper , tucked behind a Head of Lettuce what do I Find ? You Guessed it , a Brand New Deli Sliced Pack of Ham . Well , I grab that Unexpected Gem and make me the Fattest Ham Sandwich I have had in Years and and I'm Like ,,,,,,,Umm......

Now if I just Gave Up after Finally Finding Only 1 and a Half Slices of Ham in the Fridge , I would have Felt Cheated that I did not Get what I Thought I Honestly Deserved .
