I think it is fair to point out the hypocrisy you and your ilk wallow in. Trump was sentenced because of his alleged tries with insurrection by this kangaroo court trying to construe a case out of what he said, not taking all sentences into account.

Yet we have that Cackling Harris say the precise words and that is all ok. And she said it in relation to Trump. This isn't whataboutism, this is sticking to what happened.

Georgia was willing to even give them the benefit of the doubt. When Trump and Rudy first approached them, they said they stated they had proof of fraud. GA said, ok, send the proof and then they would go from there. Rudy stated "We don't have any proof, but we have lots of theories." Besides all of the recounts and investigations, Trump himself paid almost a million for 2 other independent investigations, that we've only recently heard he had done. Both of them also found nothing substantial.

The call was part of the whole plot that was simultaneously going on. Trump and his crew pushing the whole slate of fake electors, the harassment of Ruby Freeman, and impersonation of federal officers to harass her, while Rudy slandered her calling her a criminal. This was all done at the behest of Trump to disrupt the election process and remain in power.

It's the actions behind the words.

He presented a fight against a crooked election. Half the country believes the election was corrupt.

I don't know who won. And that is the problem. People need to believe in our elections or you see what the outcome is, division, strife and stalemate in govt. The people at each others throats. That's not democracy. Not even a little bit.

I think it's far more important that our elections be secure from fraud rather than make sure every single warm body in the US over 18 gets to vote without identification. That is what happened in 2020. The mailin votes were never validated. It's NOT POSSIBLE.

You're seeing it wrong.

Accept it that Trump had to "surrender". Accept what the courts do. Use the precedence case to go after all the other stooges too.

If Trumps words are seen as insurrection, then so should for example Harris words. The thing is though, the simpletons won't see it like that. Because the tactics the Democrats use are efficient and counting on the simpletons.

Because for the simpletons it looks like revenge for Trump, when it actually looks like it was the plan all along. Thus effectively creating a mindset that any research into such cases like Harris, is a simple "tit for tat".

Many things they accuse Trump, they did themselves before him.

Just one example: Threaten to never accept the election if Trump wins and that this can not happen. "It will never stop"
Trump says a 100x milder sentence and even calls for peaceful march, yet Twitter deletes that post then the case is construed Trump called for insurrection.

It's pre-projection the things they do onto Trump and running with it. They effectively gaslighted around half of the country to believe it.

That's what's happening. And Trump fell for it in his blindness. They prepared the American minds, got away with doing it by themselves and Trump took the bait.

It was a setup, cut and clear.

Yep and Democrats have done and said far worse while challenging elections. Stacy Abrams was everywhere talking about the election was stolen and she has the right to say it but they want to put Trump in jail for how he feels about the election? HYPOCRITES!

I must have missed it. Anxious to see all the emails from the attorneys laying out the plot. Pressuring the VP. The previous President and his lackeys harassing regular citizens just doing their jobs. Make sure to link to the social media from the fake electors stating they were doing it as the President and his attorneys requested also. You know, all the info that's been linked here about this case. I mean since it's always done every election.

Are you kidding me? Pages and pages of info, lots of links have been provided on ATS to back up all of the statements here.

You are confused. Faithless electors are duly elected electors that change from pledging their vote to who won the state to another candidate.

Quite different from Fake electors who were not duly elected and gather places other than the state Capitol and falsely sign documents swearing they were the duly elected electors.

Faithless electors have been used before. 29 states do have a law, and there is a fine is broken.
