They already have.
I know there are some on here who are just saying those who are wrong should be held accountable but...nothing happened. I do not care one way or another is Trump is convicted of even one of these charges. It does not and will not change how I liked his policies while in office.
It is all about controlling the narrative. The same people who are painting Trump to be the leader of an insurrection are the same people who hid Hunters laptop in 2020.

So men like MLK and Malcolm X aren't arrested and ultimately killed because they were critical of the government?
Those kids at Kent State weren't killed because they were critical of the government?
Remind us again why Eugene Debs had to run his Presidential campaign from prison.

For anyone interested in facts and not just hyperbole here is some additional information.
Giuliani is charged with making false statements and soliciting false testimony, conspiring to create phony paperwork and asking state lawmakers to violate their oath of office to appoint an alternate slate of pro-Trump electors
apnews.com...
In the Georgia case, Giuliani was accused of making numerous false statements about election fraud, including to officials in other states such as Arizona and Pennsylvania, in a failed bid to convince them to approve an alternative slate of electors in the formal congressional certification of the election results to keep Trump in power.

Giuliani, who is among 19 defendants in the case, is charged with racketeering, three counts of soliciting lawmakers to violate their oaths of office, three counts of making false statements and six conspiracy counts dealing with recruitment of fake electors.

So you agree that Biden wants to kill us.
*whew*
That was easy.
Have a nice day!
But the US does have a history of arresting people they consider to be political undesirables.

They're going to make it illegal to criticize elections or the government.
I could have sworn we have seen this occurred throughout history before? Uhm?
We certainly have.

Are you comparing Donald Trump to MLK and Malcolm-X? Sorry, they are not even in the same ball park. I do not remember seeing them on a ticket for POTUS or are you implying our government will take the same next step like they did with them to remove a threat.

So why should anyone follow the law now? It's quite CLEAR the government has declared war on the citizenry! So why, seriously??
To set an example, because it works out better that way? For who exactly?
We have to stay within the lines while government can color all it wants outside of it??
Checks and balances are quickly disappearing and that's BIG TROUBLE folks! Red flags are a waivin' but is anyone taking heed?
I know I can be quite the pessimist, but I'm having hard time finding the reasons not to be. Can you blame me???

Pretty sure he's allowed to have the opinion that Biden won by fraud.
If Giuliani is arrested for saying Biden won by fraud then Adam Schiff
needs to be arrested for saying Trump was in cahoots with Putin and Russia.
