I believe there were a total of 19 people indicted/arrested for "Racketeering" in Georgia, even though they didn't do anything illegal.

Aside from former President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani is probably the most recognizable name/face on the list of those who were forced to surrender in Atlanta to District Attorney/Prosecutor FANI WILLIS's minions this week.

Investigator-Pundit "Sundance" states perfectly, how most of America feels about "America's Mayor" being arrested, for protesting how Joe Biden won the Presidency in Nov 2020.

A Permanent Stain on Our Republic – Rudy Giuliani Speaks After His Arrest in Fulton County, Georgia.

There is no way to look at these events and not find us looking mournfully at the shattered remnants of the American judicial system.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, the man who cleaned up New York City, removed the crime syndicate from power and held the prayerful hands of our nation during 9/11/01, is brought before a corrupt judicial system in Fulton County, Georgia, treated like a common criminal and targeted because of his politics.

This is shameful beyond words!

Department of Justice authorities, from Fani Willis, to Special Counsel Jack Smith, to Attorney General Merrick Garland, to President Biden, are responsible for ginning up a "cold anger" that will lead to significant punishment at the ballot box this coming November, and legal punishment in 2025. (That's the best/desired scenario...the one they should HOPE for.)

Pretty sure he's allowed to have the opinion that Biden won by fraud.
If Giuliani is arrested for saying Biden won by fraud then Adam Schiff
needs to be arrested for saying Trump was in cahoots with Putin and Russia.

If you have any doubts that we are living in a Banana Republic and the Democrats are attempting a full takeover, that should give you al the proof you need.. A man was arrested for voicing his opinion.

The Left supporters here will come in and make some excuse, but this is something you'd expect to see in Russia or Venezuela, not the U.S.

I have to wonder just what would happen if/when voter fraud is proven? What about all of the politicians involved in orchestrating it? Maybe that's why so many liberal politicians are retiring from their positions?

One look at our current POTUS should remove all doubts.

Even our polls are completely corrupt; there's no way Biden is polling any higher than a 5/10. IF the polls were accurate the USA would be far beyond any chance of redemption.

Willis doesn't work for the DoJ.

Now explain this, Giuliani says he can't afford a lawyer. He's told a judge he's broke. He's selling his apartment in New York. So how exactly did he afford a private jet to Atlanta?

What do you care?
How does Hunter Biden sell a painting for $100,000?

Giuliani wasn't arrested because he said Joe Biden won't buy fraud. He was arrested for multiple counts of soliciting a violation of oath by public officer, false statements and writings, and criminal conspiracy, all to assist a criminal enterprise that had the goal of illegally overturning the election.

At least, that's what he's been indicted for.

For anyone interested in facts and not just hyperbole here is some additional information.

Giuliani is charged with making false statements and soliciting false testimony, conspiring to create phony paperwork and asking state lawmakers to violate their oath of office to appoint an alternate slate of pro-Trump electors

apnews.com...

In the Georgia case, Giuliani was accused of making numerous false statements about election fraud, including to officials in other states such as Arizona and Pennsylvania, in a failed bid to convince them to approve an alternative slate of electors in the formal congressional certification of the election results to keep Trump in power.

www.reuters.com...

Giuliani, who is among 19 defendants in the case, is charged with racketeering, three counts of soliciting lawmakers to violate their oaths of office, three counts of making false statements and six conspiracy counts dealing with recruitment of fake electors.

And they had to make two worthless unrelated points just to make some noise and do a little derailing.
And you wonder why their side can be as embarrassing as to arrest people for opinions ?
Exhibit A, our own ATS people who cheer for it.
But only for thee, not for me, as always.

They're going to make it illegal to criticize elections or the government.

Yeah, maybe. It's almost like history repeating itself, but I can't place where. . . . .

They already have.

I know there are some on here who are just saying those who are wrong should be held accountable but...nothing happened. I do not care one way or another is Trump is convicted of even one of these charges. It does not and will not change how I liked his policies while in office.

It is all about controlling the narrative. The same people who are painting Trump to be the leader of an insurrection are the same people who hid Hunters laptop in 2020.
