What is your view of death?
Do you think of it at all?
Are you afraid of it?
Are you looking forward to it?
Do you think it'll be nothingness and an end?
Do you think it'll be a beginning, a change?
A reunion with dead loved ones?
Angels? Demons? God or gods?
Reincarnation? Something else?

Everyone will die. My thoughts on what comes next change.
Sometimes I think it'll be a happy meeting with God and all questions answered.
Other times not so much.

I'm curious as to what others think they'll encounter.

It happens to everyone and to be afraid is weak.

Some great questions there FlyersFan, personally reckon we go on one big adventure (the universe is strange enough for that to happen).

Your thread also reminded me of this one from Terry.

I think it will be a great liberation from these Earthly restrictions.
BTW...It's great to have you back, FF. You were gone a mighty long time.

I love this song:

Good song Cole - played this one at the passing of a friend and get goosebumps whenever I hear it.

Have been researching all types of quotes this year and thought this was a great one.

Promise to not post any more quotes lol.

Death is me digging a hole in the ground, climbing in, and pulling the dirt over my face while holding my breath forever....

I'm going with: If birth is a new Beginning toward eventual Death, then Death denotes the comings of new Beginnings!

(Back n forth til we get it right)

I think there is ample evidence of reincarnation.

I did a PLR at a psychic fair once....apparently I sold insurance.

Personally, I think it is most likely to be something along the lines of 'What Dreams May come', the Robin Williams movie, which essentially says that the dying creates their own afterlife. The one question that wasn't addressed is what happens to those who believe there is nothing, but I'd have to guess - that would mean that, for them, there is nothing.

Well many (many) folk on Earth 'believe' it goes down that way mate.

Makes some kind of twisted logic to me as the universe loves repurposed energy.

This free scientist book is rather compelling (my karma ran over your dogma lol).

Isn't that what the universe is doing with reincarnation? Why trash a perfectly good soul when it may have a few miles left on it. Recycled if you will....

As I Remote view your ex soul....you were a woman!! Maybe you still are...idk.

Everyone here is already dead, we just don't realize it because we're brainwashed into believing the death cult we exist in is "real life".

Guess what?

It's not real and it's not Life, and that's what "disclosure" is all about.

Remote view "The American" and see what you come up with. If your RV skills are up to snuff you'll be amazed, if not you might need a few grams of shrooms to get you in the right space.

A friend passed away last week and a couple of years ago he was in a very bad accident and he said the medics said that he had died for about 5 minutes before they revived him. He always said that there is nothing there, just darkness. But I said to him "how could you remember that it was dark"?.
I cannot load a film snippet so if somebody could find it for me. In "Lord of the Rings" film "the Return of the King", Gandalf explains to Pippin (when faced with death) what death would be like. That scene has affected me deeply and I have no fear of death.

The first 3 or "synoptic" gospels represent the ascension/reincarnation cycle... yada yada yada = same thing over and over. The details in them differ, but the pattern is exactly the same, just like every life you've ever led here. That only changes with Christianity and resurrection. The difference is, Ascension is your soul moving out of the body leaving it to die, and resurrection is your soul moving into the body to bring it to Life.

Prior to Christianity all Oriental/Abrahamic religions were ascension based. In this context, Oriental meaning the way back, and Occidental meaning the way forward... to our lost Humanity. They're referred to as "Abrahamic" in Christianity, because Abraham in Christianity is Brahma in Hinduism which was the parent oriental religion at the time.

A good way to understand reincarnation is those movies where they're stuck in a time loop and keep repeating the same scenario over and over until they finally get it right. The "minor" model is you going to sleep and waking up every day... same sh!t, different day. In Life, nothing is ever repeated, but this ain't Life.

Hey good post man and there are loads of folks who 'remember' very different things - could be the last firing of their synapses but who knows (suppose some genuine scientist should check for patterns)?

Good call about Gandalf lol.
