Compared to what?

Seeing as how you don't understand it and think a Public Inquiry is her Appeal, you may want to consider stopping this bs?

Why appoint a Court of Appeal Judge then?

My nation is not the subject matter on this thread, yours is.

Baby’s post-mortem result would seem to indicate that deaths were not the result of natural causes, but reminiscent of the likes of road traffic accidents, and even sepsis infection..........Letby being present or thereabouts for all of them.

Prof Arthurs replied: “You can also see a line of gas just in front of the spine. That is an unusual finding.”

He said such an image would not be seen in deaths by natural causes but had been documented in cases of road traffic accidents and sepsis infection.

He went on: “In my opinion this was an unusual appearance. In the absence of any other explanation this appearance is consistent with, but not diagnostic, of air having been administered.”

Prof Arthurs said he could not say from the image alone that an air embolism – a gas bubble which enters a blood vessel – was the cause of Child A’s death.

The baby may have had a sepsis infection.

Sure sounds like the hospital had issues with fitting catheters.

It's a simple question quintessentone, if you do not want to answer it that's ok.

Put it this way British justice is what it is, and there is a reason as to why she is blind.

Ile take our version of what constitutes justice over many other nations all the same.

People are innocent until proven guilty put it that way.

And in this case, Letby was convicted in a court of law by her peers, and there is not really much chance that she will at denied the right to appeal.

What more is it you think she should be afforded?

Hmm, maybe if your media starts reporting miscarriages of justice then there may be a different ranking.

Did all of the babies have a ""sepsis infection?"".

Nope.

Were there however suspicious circumstances involved that surrounded the deaths and injury of the others that can be directly linked to the care Letby was responsible for issuing.

According to the court there was, and hence her convictions.

Where is it you wish to go next?

The families are pushing for more answers, because they don't want this to happen to anyone else. I think everyone is owed a more comprehensive investigation and it looks like it will happen, because this time there will be witnesses and investigation into NHS and hospital management/practices. Like I said, it looks like it was tunnel vision previously.

I'd give up, if I were you.

Folk on here sticking up for the rights of convicted baby murderers right in the face of the poor bairns families deserve nothing but contempt and not the oxygen of publicity.

It is utterly nauseating and I wash my hands of it.

It will need a damn good wash to remove the smell.
