How is the title a dog whistle? What he is saying is an Appalachian area saying referring to politicians in the DC area. There is absolutely nothing white supremacist about the title. Go to the Appalachian area and use that phrase. They will immediately know you are talking about politicians, especially of the DC variety. I knew someone would scream racism.
