North of Richmond

You know, it's crazy how music can bring people together.
Many of you, that have encountered me over the years in political threads, know how I feel.

For those of you who don't, I will give you a quick run down.
The US government is corrupt.
They use the media to divide us and, being tribal, we let them.
They divide us by:
Race.
Religion.
Income.
Sex.
Class.
Political party.
Vaccination Status.
Anything they think will gain a vote.
Career Republicans and Democrats "North of Richmond" (Washington DC) do not care about America(ns).
These people (90+%) only care about Money and Power, and would sell their grandmother for a vote.
They are Globalist working on an agenda.

With all that being said, I found a ray of hope in the form of a song (linked below).

As I listened, I was reading through the YouTube comments, and it actually brought tears to this "tough guy's" eyes.
Many of those commenting, agree this song reaches past the political and media driven division.
It touches the heart of the human being, and we are all human beings regardless of the labels we apply to ourselves, or those others apply to us.



It isn't only touching the heart's of Americans, but people all over the globe are commenting.
Look up some of the YouTube reactions videos as well. Like me, it may surprise you.
This gives me hope.

This song has really struck a chord. I wonder when youtube will delete it for some sort of pretend violation. I am sure it will also get pulled from CMT.

Who cares? You gatekeepers should know that the cat is not only out of the bag, but its running around eating up your lies like sleepy mice.

They divide us so they can rob us of our honestly accumulated wealth, and all we can do is point the finger at each other because we need someone, anyone to blame.
Look at Ukraine now, so many politicians and their children have been pushing a proxy war with Russia through Ukraine oligarchs, and now they are going to want our children to clean up their mess with our blood and generational debt.

All legacy mainstream media is a propaganda machine, both sides. Start by realizing that your emotions are used to deceive you through media.

Most of us are needed on a lower tier so we can prop up the upper class. We can’t all be billionaires, nor do they want us to be, they need workers, and keeping us as the working class is beneficial for them, therefore they need us in perpetual debt to keep this cycle going. Higher housing, food and car prices are the answers to having fewer millionaires.

Divided we fall

We're way past 'divided'. The elites have employed the 'divide and conquer' strategy to a degree that has been shockingly effective. Even I'm surprised. I'm not being a pessimist. It's reality, plain and simple.

I've said it here numerous times. I know people who have fallen for this divide and conquer ploy... hook, line and sinker.
They follow a group-think narrative with unwavering dedication. They can't think logically anymore. They're gone.

They use human nature against us and most of us are dumb enough to let them.
They know and understand that we are tribal in nature.
They set us at odds and many cannot see what they are doing.

I ask people sometimes:
"If the media didn't tell you who hated you, who to hate, which politicians have done "wrong", which politicians have done "right" (using their biased spin), how much more united would we be as a country? "
We no longer have journalist.
We have paid programmers and mindless tools that follow along.

That being said, liberals and conservatives really aren't that far apart.
The basic conflict we have is the size of government.
This "woke" mob has taken over.
We have a very small minority of the country actually ruining the country.
The politicians and media use them.
The liberals accept them, because they are a sub tribe in their tribal mentality.
They will not speak out against them, even when they want to, because that would go against "the tribe".
Bill Myers is starting to though, This gives me hope as well.

I equat the woke left with right wing extremists. The only difference is, many on the right would disevow right extremists, where those on the left are afraid of backlash, canceling and being booted from the tribe.

Who could deny that Middle America is a powder keg, just ripe enough to upset the political balance of the Uniparty?
Consider a salve(song), so to speak, to rally around to disperse pent up angst that could otherwise be directed at the PTB. Some patriotic ditty to tame our savageness!
Oliver Anthony has videos and songs going back 3 years, but I don't know if that has always been the case. Did he just pop into existence, like it seems?

With the amazing ability of technology in music there are thousands of great musicians that can self produce without needing a record label. I am saying that as a music snob that if I wanted I could find a new band to love every single day if I tried. Ever checked out bandcamp? Its amazing how many wonderful musicians there are in the world.

He is a Raw talent, but you can hear what people are identifying with in his voice.
It is that very raw talent.
People can hear the pain and struggle.
They identify with it, myself included.

The issue I have is that the first half of the song calls out politicians for being pedophiles.

The second half calls out fat people.

It he stuck with the theme of the first half, he'd have a good anti-government anthem. That second verse though, makes it very clear what hes going for with the title.

You took 1.5 lines out of the entire song and claimed one line was the first half and the the other 0.5 was the other half.

The title is "Rich Men North of Richmond".
It is a reference to DC.
There is one line about tax money going to those milking the welfare system. The very next talks about how we have people in America starving in the streets
There is one line about "minors on an Island" and you claim half the song is about pedophiles......
