Look, first of all it's all BS. Trump did zero wrong on Jan ,6, now they can prove that pelosi, FBI, n homeland had part in it. Many FBI agents guiding everyone where to go and encourage them to pass this barrier and then straight shot into capital.

Trump.is the root cause for the attack on the Capitol. He planned a massive rally and told the crowd to go to the Capitol and "fight like hell"!

Dont give me that bS that he was calling for peace. Trump used the word peacefully ONE time in that speech, he used the word fight or fighting around 20 times, including at the end when he said "..we will fight like hell and if we dont we wont have a country anymore!"

Let us not forget the crowd that watched a d listened to Trump's speech that day, marched to the Capitol and caused havok.

What about when there is blood in the streets and door to door witchhunts for democrats? This recent indictment reads exactly the same as the leaked one earlier. Guess they think kemp will roll over and allow it when he can get rid of her and have the case dismissed if he had any integrity.

Aug 17 (Reuters) - Lawyers for Donald Trump on Thursday asked a federal judge in Washington to schedule an April 2026 trial for the former president, on federal charges that he allegedly sought to overturn his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden.

That requested date would place the trial after the November 2024 U.S. election, in which Trump is the front-runner for the Republican nomination.

"The public interest lies in justice and fair trial, not a rush to judgment," Trump's attorneys wrote on Thursday.

U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith, whose office is prosecuting the federal 2020 election case against Trump, last Thursday asked U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan to schedule a trial to start on Jan. 2, 2024. That date is two weeks before the first votes are cast in the 2024 Republican presidential primary.
