The center’s working assumption was that the earlier you treat kids with gender dysphoria, the more anguish you can prevent later on. This premise was shared by the center’s doctors and therapists. Given their expertise, I assumed that abundant evidence backed this consensus.

This is the issue I have with it all. If we took any kid and push them to the opposite sex saying you look like a boy but you are a girl then that is all they know of their reality. You can be a boy or girl or even a kitten if that is what you want. Creating a massive level of confusion in a child that doesn't really know anything yet. Once they get older they start to question it all, but it is too late to have a normal life of the same sex of their body.

We all can go back once again to the point to let kids be kids and as they mature into their teens their sexual identity/orientation will manifest on its own with little help or grooming from wacko doctors and counselors. As they push past 18 they can more firmly decide what is best for them as there is no race here, no deadline and I have said many times too early is not good and that will create issues down the road too.

The thing is, you only hear about the sensationalized.

Which is not a measure of every day reality.

Oh, look who’s expressing his opinion.

And my opinion 100% does not agree with yours.

You don't seem to understand the difference between fact and opinion. You falsely stated that science doesn't understand why people are heterosexuals. That's your OPINION which runs counter to the FACT that science DOES understand why people are heterosexuals.

That's not the only unsubstantiated opinion expressed by the same member. What about you are whet your brain says you are! Whatever this means.

Or the claims of millions of genders and non binary kids or trans kids. Pure imagination presented as fact.

You need to provide the evidence for a range of claims you have made that are baseless. The burden of proof is on you but still you haven't understood it at all.

The millions of genders
The non binary kids
The trans kids
Gender brain

And dozens and dozens of antiscientific nonsense

Perhaps you're trying to justify the decisions you took in your life and you seem to have regrets at this point or even second thoughts. The claims you made have zero merits and are completely antiscientific and bogus as shown in many cases.
Having LGBTQ+ propaganda doesn't help kids in schools but the opposite.

True, but lately the number of trans in teens and younger has skyrocketed in big liberal cities well past any percentages of what we would suggest is gender dysphoria. You might say they are more open so these kids can come out earlier and be more upfront in some it's all good statement. I see it as a mental issue that becomes popularised as a thing to do for kids who are just average and want to be special, and they see this as a path for society to see them as special. They do it and years later they want to go back not understanding the non-reversible things they did to themselves with all that support cheering them on.

I have a trans friend that is in my online gaming group. They are in their 30s and are looking to do the bottom. This person is typically a train wreck and I see the whole trans part as just one slice of a pizza of mental issues.

I asked her what is it that she wants to get out of it as she destroys any means of sexual gratification for the rest of her life. She said she wants more men to want her and I told her that with or without a penis the percentage of heterosexual males that would accept her situation would not change even after the surgery, so it's not going to increase the pool of available males for her sorry to say.

When we look at these people overall there is a hell of a lot more issues going on with them as the whole trans part is just how it physically manifested for all to see.

Would you do that with a straight person?

No. I already explained in 5th grade terminology why the vast majority of the species is heterosexual. It's all about propagating the species and is inborn in the vast majority of animals. The innateness of straightness is that evolution would favor it. The heterosexual sex drive towards reproduction is inherent with the limbic system within the brain. It is flooded with a surge of neurochemicals and testosterone and hormones to stimulate reproduction.

It's EVOLUTIONARY.

Your OPINION that science doesn't know why people are heterosexual is wrong.

And this got lost pages ago.
The actual topic of this thread.

Fox News

The book that MCPS has recommended for children in pre-kindergarten is "Pride Puppy," which teaches terms like "intersex," "drag king," "drag queen" and "Marsha P. Johnson," the late famed drag performer.

Pre-K teachers are also provided a resource guide about "defining LGBTQ+ words for elementary students" by the Human Rights Campaign, which includes vocabulary like "cisgender," "gender binary," "transgender," "pansexual" and "queer."

Students in kindergarten, ages 5 and 6, are advised to read the 2021 book, "Uncle Bobby’s Wedding," which is about a wedding between two men.

Students in first grade are advised to read "IntersectionAllies: We Make Room for All," which includes LGBTQ+ topics on being "non-binary" and deciding "what pronouns fit you best."

Students in second grade, ages 7 and 8, are recommended to read "My Rainbow," a book about a Black transgender child that teaches the words "transgender" and "cisgender." A "think aloud" moment, according to MCPS, includes, "Appreciating that Trinity’s identities are part of what make her a 'masterpiece.'

Third-graders, ages 8 and 9, are recommended to read the 2018 book "Prince & Knight," which tells the story of a prince who falls in love with a knight.

Fourth-graders are recommended to read the 2022 book "Love, Violet," which tells the story of a queer child who develops a crush on her friend, Mira.

Students in fifth-grade, ages 10 and 11, are advised to read "Born Ready," which tells the story of a Black transgender child.

The burden of proof is on the shoulders of gender ideologues and trans activists. So it's on you in a few words.

In science there is no gender identity or transgenders. These are nothing more than made up expressions as part of a baseless linguistic movement.

Fist they need to prove humans can transition between genders.

They still haven't been able to pass this test.

Instead they've changed the definition of gender to fit their ideology.

I would ask anyone what is it that they are looking to gain from any action as that is a normal process when dealing with any subject. My point is I see most trans as train wrecks with the whole trans part as just part of a bigger issue going on. I don't see it as we all know inside what we are no matter what we physically are. That is just a copout to explain away some serious issues.

I have real life trans friends/acquaintances that are not train wrecks.

And I have straight friends/acquaintances that are a train wreck.

There are no trans-humans.
It's physically impossible to transition between genders but you could pretend you're the other gender for as long as you like it. If you happen to believe it too then you're definitely have a mental health issue.

AGAIN with the physical.

I’m not explaining it again.

That doesn't mean there are no levels of obsessive-compulsive disorder going on here. My grandmother would wash her hands 200 times a day while living a normal life outside of that. I suggested in the past with trans and other types of sexual magnifications they are more hypersexual than anything else with their sexuality taking up big chunks of their daily thought process like my grandmother washing her hands 200 times a day.

How much of the day do you or I spend on thoughts of our sexuality, I bet little to none most of the time, but people can be so obsessed with it that it rules their daily activities. So yes, people can live normal lives, but it also becomes a fine line of going over the edge too far.
