You want to see bad judgment?

That's bad choice-making right there. Attempting to defraud the US government and topple US democracy I think fits in another category...that one can land you in prison.

Trump was always within his first amendment rights to say all that he said.

Freedom of speech is being prosecuted by this Jack Smith shill.

As for Pence, yes most of us knew in advance that he was the snake he is now proven to be.

Here is another person’s opinion that has been in a position of power on the charges from yesterday.
But you guys keep playing internet attorneys until all these charges get tossed.
You are being conned.

former Assistant FBI Director Chris Swecker sounded off on the "extraordinary" indictment, arguing it read more like an "op-ed or political manifesto."

CHRIS SWECKER: This is an extraordinary indictment. When I read it, I thought I was reading a New York Times op-ed or a political manifesto. Where's the beef?
There is nothing in there that goes beyond opinion, talking, expressing things.

Who is responsible for Trump's actions, if Trump is not responsible for his own?

If it's proven by evidence that Trump did all the things he's accused of doing, who should pay the price for him?

Would you go to prison for him?

Bad judgement, due to no Wash D.C. (swamp) experience.

But he gets another chance in 2025.

Bad judgment is not an excuse for a crime. At least not in the US.

You don't rob a jewelry store and then say ok, I'll return the jewelry, it was bad judgment. No crime committed.

We already know what the actual crime is, it's freedom of speech AKA the first amendment. The left absolutely HATES free speech. The left prosecutes it all the time. Duh.

He's not being indicted for what he said, it is for his actions of attempting to cling to power through illegal and unconstitutional means, and for enlisting others to conspire with him.

In the indictment it says so. It lists that his words are protected by the Constitution, but the conspiracy to commit fraud began on November 14. That is the first day the indictment lists as the beginning of the coup attempt.

In the 5 days prior to that he was counseled by 8 or 9 different advisors and attorneys that he had lost the election and that there was no world in which he would remain the president. This was made clear to him and there are records of all these conversations.

On November 14 he went on the air and, despite knowing the truth, began to air the lies that ultimately ended in an insurrection and deaths.

You guys should really read the indictment.

We don’t need to read a hack prosecutor’s Liberal wishlist.
Will you come back to apologize when Trump beats this?

My guess is nope, it will be crickets as usual.

If you shoot 10 people on Monday, 3 of whom die that day, with the remaining 7 not expiring until Tuesday....

Are you going to be charged with just 3 murders, or 10?

Your argument appears....lacking.

Your argument appears….deranged.

Who is charged with murder?

Trump is being charged on his OPINION that the election was stolen.
Opinions are free speech.

You do understand what these latest charges entail right?

They are trying to charge him for having an opinion about the election.

If you tools can’t see how far south these nuts have gone in their quest to nail him on anything that might stick, that’s on you guys.

Take a hard look in the mirror.

The same people that said 2016 was illegitimate and rigged by Russian.

What a time to be alive.

I really read it, and again, it's nothing new. this is one I look forward to seeing play out in court. Although I am well aware the tactic here is to overwhelm his legal team. And to see the left cheer this on is super comical. They would never do this to anyone else. LOL! BAMN!!!!!

Yeah.

You'll hear a lot about "fire in a theatre" and there's a limit to free speech.

And it'll all be on the left eroding our 1st Amendment.
