www.foxnews.com...

Then-Vice President Mike Pence took "contemporaneous notes" of his conversations with Donald Trump in the days before the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, Special Counsel Jack Smith's indictment of the former president revealed Tuesday.

Pence's previously unreported notes are presented as evidence against Trump, who faces four federal charges related to his actions after the 2020 presidential election and unproven claims the election was stolen. Trump is charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights.

Looks like Pence was the snake most claimed he was. Trump will be prosecuted on "what if" conversations he had with his cabinet.

If Pence was the Christian man he claims to be, he wouldn't bear false witness against his neighbor. But if it brings you favor from the swamp, sticking Jesus with a few sticks will be alright. (that isn't comparing Jesus to Trump, but instead showing Pence is a fake)

Now if Trump did order someone to be violent on the 6th, I'll fight to be first in line to hang his ass. But that's not what any of this is about. Folks are angry he didn't just sit down and shut up when they screwed him with no lube. You don't have to believe the election was fraudulent, but if you are for this, you are saying Trump should be arrested for believing/saying it was. He still left office on the day he was supposed to, the crook Biden was still sworn in and given the keys to the kingdom so he could pass them on to China as he was purchased to that mission. So it looks like it all comes down to hurt feelz yet again. I'm thinking the next war will be a few bitch slaps and the democrats in the US will run away in tears, and since they are molding the military in their image, it will be up to the citizens and the few who were concerned more with combat, and less with DEI.

I never thought we would slip this far.

I never thought I would ever utter these words, but my respect for Pence actually went up a notch. A very, very tiny notch.

THIS PIECE: www.cnn.com... describes candidate Trump picking Mike Pence as his running mate.

In hindsight, it's now clear that Pence, Paul Ryan, Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, John McCain, and other "foundational Republicans" are 100% all about protecting each other.

Who is responsible for Trump's actions, if Trump is not responsible for his own?

If it's proven by evidence that Trump did all the things he's accused of doing, who should pay the price for him?

Would you go to prison for him?

Bad judgement, due to no Wash D.C. (swamp) experience.

But he gets another chance in 2025.

You do understand what these latest charges entail right?

They are trying to charge him for having an opinion about the election.

If you tools can’t see how far south these nuts have gone in their quest to nail him on anything that might stick, that’s on you guys.

Take a hard look in the mirror.

Trump is responsible for Trump. Now, tell me what Trump did, and be specific. Hurt your feelz, isn't something we need to be concerned with. Go for it.

Bad judgment is not an excuse for a crime. At least not in the US.

You don't rob a jewelry store and then say ok, I'll return the jewelry, it was bad judgment. No crime committed.

Here you go:
List of things he allegedly did this time

Why are you creating threads if you haven't already read the indictment?

Correct. Picking Mike pence as vice president was bad judgment. Not a crime.

No I'm just too smart to have my time wasted.

I'm not here to be your teacher and educate you on things you can find out on your own in 5 seconds flat. But I did link it for you, in case you are truly interested in educating yourself before you make another thread.

It's strange how there is so much corruption in Washington DC, there are almost no good choices for assistance in draining that swamp.

Those who volunteer to help, should not have families either. Evil will have your families destroyed, without giving it a second thought

LOL, too lazy, got it.

none of this is new. Trump was angry, he used his lawyers to do everything he could legally do to challenge what he considered fraudulent results.

If his lawyers gave him illegal advice, then they should be punished. Trump isn't a lawyer, nor is he a DC insider who would know how to navigate these things. So show me what crime he committed, or find some other thread to troll.

You're missing the main point here. The MSM has played up that Trump LOST in every challenge to the 2020 election.
Trump didn't lose. No evidence was ever presented before a Court. The Courts stated that he didn't have "standing" to bring the issue before the Courts.

This is where the Democrats just shot themselves in the foot with a grenade launcher. Because he is being charged with not accepting the validity of the election, this gives him the "STANDING" to challenge the election as part of his defense.

Now what happens if enough evidence is found to invalidate the 2020 election?

Read the indictment. He was in meetings where he was told by lawyers that what he was attempting to do fell outside the law. He plowed ahead anyway.
