I dont remember Trump being charged with the Insurrection Act.

Since you claimed he was going to use the military to stay in power, where is the evidence again?

He can’t change his tune now no matter how many facts are presented against the “Trump Bad” narrative.

When nothing happens to Trump, he won’t come back and apologize.

None of them ever do, he is in too deep at this point.

So you don't know what the Insurrection Act is.

When the White House counsel said there would be rioting if Trump stayed in power despite losing the election, Clark responded, "Well,... that's why there's an Insurrection Act."

The Insurrection Act give the President the power to deploy the military on US soil in order to suppress civil disorder, rebellion, or insurrection.

There's no other way to take Clark's words. They were going to attempt to keep Trump in power and if people rioted they were going to use the military against them to put them down.

You are completely around the bend.

Do you honestly and truly believe that?

If you do, you cannot be taken seriously from this point forward.

They knew what they were doing wasn't within the confines of the law but they expected to use the military to keep Trump in power. That's the definition of a coup.

When the only person to be shot at the Capital building that day was a Trump supporter. Do you know what the military does? You do make threads like this fun.

So another dead end indictment in the works to play some lawfare and chew up resources and help prevent better endeavors from being perused. Yawn, so over it these days...

Get a room full of lawyers spitballing, and suddenly its 'conspiracy'.

Even tho' none of these things happened.

Still waiting for you to produce paragraph 81 that substantiates your claim that Trump was going to use the military to stay in power.

I took this in 2019 doesn't matter if you like Trump or not this picture is fact .

We had 1.776 a gallon on July 4th at sheetz less than a month ago

what was it on July 5th?

It was back to normal. But my point was that it was an isolating factor that made that price. Much how people take pictures of gas signs in 2020 and attribute it to political victory.

Trump never signed any Insurrection Act.
Just stop you're embarrassing yourself.

Military attrition under Biden is horrible. From top generals all the way down. Most of them want out.. and are leaving when they are able.

So the Acting Attorney General telling the White House counsel that the Insurrection Act would be used to suppress any rioters after they illegally kept the President in power is no big deal?

Except that a one day 'fire' sale isn't going to effect the average price for the year much, and those stats are readily available.

For one to feel embarrassment, they would have to have at least a shred of conscience and morality.

Otherwise we get exactly what we are getting from these people.

Delusions.

Lawyers discussing laws and options and their opinions about such is not a violation of any law that I know of.

Stop trying to make legal discussions a 'conspiracy'.

If it were, you'd have all the lawyers locked up. Wait.....lets explore this more.....

That’s what all this is about really.

Smith is attempting to charge Trump for having an opinion, which the last I heard, is perfectly legal under the 1st Amendment.

Either Smith knows he doesn’t have a chance in hell with these charges and only brought them to satisfy the insane Liberal cult’s desire to see Trump flogged in the media for the 9 billionth time or they are the dumbest group of morons walking around free.

It’s one or the other.

In the meantime,

Anyone hear anything at all about the special counsel investigating Joe Biden?

Cobwebs and crickets.

Yeah there’s more dust gathering on that story than there is in Hillary Clinton’s underwear.

No. Trump is much worse than the opposition. He essentially wanted to install himself dictator, if that was not insane enough his foaming supporters would cheer him on.

If reelected he has promised to do exactly what he accusing the current administration of, that is arrest those who oppose him.

There is zero doubt Trump acted in a criminal way. His actions leading up to January 6th was bad enough. His actions on that day were not inexcusable. He said "...we will go to the Capitol and fight like hell or we will not have a country...", he did not tweet nor make any statement condoning the action of rioters st the Capitol building.

Trump has never been held accountable in his life. He likely will escape prosecution in Florida over the classified documents as the judge has shown she is bias.

The judge for this case will not give him the soft gloves treatment.

Those who feelings are hurt over Trump need to grow up, stop living in a bibble and accept the reality. Their hero is a criminal snd has been grifting off their ignorance for way too long.
