Well as long as there is no sister rape, or piss poor excuses for such, like rape happens down to people being ""foolish"" it's all good.

Rape is about a power trip Untun, dont even have much to do with the act of sex in itself.

Now where truth is concerned, well the dictionary defines "Truth as the property of being in accord with fact or reality".

And the reality is crime is a fact, where the admission of such generally, incurs a penalty that involves the removal of one's "freedom" and/or liberties.

Committed and carried out forcibly, or under threat of injury.

Against a person's will, by sick sad individuals, who wish to experience power over another human being.

As to religion, well any organised religious practice i have come across to date is clearly the product of man with his fear and fallibility laid bare, where they will always be wanting your monies and attendance in spades.

Don't get me wrong all the same, I'm on the fence as to whether there is a creator/god, i just don't think man's interpretations of such aka religion realistically address the conundrum.

It's pretty obvious to most people.

Labels are essential for providing context and meaning to data and information.

Without names and labels Itisnowagain communication becomes problematic at best and meaningless at worst.

Our understanding of truth has been the subject of philosophical debate for centuries, with various problems and challenges associated with trying to understand and define it.

The truth can burn and enslave as much as it can set people free, it can also be rather a hard pill to swallow for some depending on circumstance.

Truth is what it is but its hardly the be-all and end-all where the human condition is concerned.

Put it this way If humans did not have the ability to lie, it would significantly impact our society, and our ability to communicate, never mind many other social interactions we take for granted every day.

Your brother having raped your sister, it is not the truth that rapes, it is foolishness.

People who choose to rape other human beings siblings or otherwise are "freakin' weird" by my guess put it that way.

Communication breeds understanding and empathy which not all warlike creatures on the planet can claim to accomplish.

Somebody else's salient point, but intellect generally requires a level of understanding and without names and labels to facilitate said understanding your not going to be very intelligent, observant or otherwise.

Our ability to construct and convey language and information to one another is of immense importance and you simply cannot do so without names and labels.

I think ive made myself perfectly clear where what i think about rape is concerned.

Following your logic Untun all crimes involve a measure of foolishness.

Same as any crime that involves violence is indeed a hate crime.

The thing is applying such simplistic terminology like "foolishness" to the act of rape can somewhat diminish the act of depravity.

Put it this way people in jail for rape are not there simply because they were foolish.

People don't merely slip fall and end up raping somebody else by accident, it takes premeditated design to commit such a horrendous act.

We still use words, names, and labels, to describe what we see.
