That said this is the only case Trump has a chance of winning, if and only if Aileen Cannon does not get recused.

I think she will as she has made some bizarre fillings and requests that seem to show bias. The latest is demanding Jack Smith's fillings to have a 200mword limit.

It is just a matter of time she does something really stupid that will force the 11th Circuit Court to step in.

Trump is benefiting from the malicious persecution. His numbers only go up. While Bidens numbers, dealing with WW3 so badly, are going down.

Trump needs to just keep on doing what he is doing, and the left doing what they are doing, and he will be back in the oval office in 2025.

Trump's attempt to indefinitely delay the trial has failed. Cannon has ruled that the case is still scheduled to begin in May.

Judge Aileen Cannon has smartly delayed the trial portion of the case until May 20, 2024.

I say smartly, because by Mid-May 2024, President Trump will likely have wrapped up the GOP nomination, and that structural reality itself will punt the rest of the gibberish into a time ever more distant. Smart base-covering and no room for appeal move by Judge Cannon!

This is a structural and procedural win for President Trump, a wrongly targeted American citizen within a process weaponized by a comprehensively corrupt government.

Judge Cannon is no dummy. She knows the stakes, sees the transparency of the effort, and is not an ideologue.

Her earlier rulings, in the document side of the FBI raid, reflected her awareness the system was being manipulated by agents of Lawfare intent.

May 20th, which will never happen, is a good target, all things considered.

Trial Judge Aileen Cannon has scheduled a PRIVATE MEETING with Special Counsel JACK SMITH. Liberals don't even know what the meeting is about, but they are still ANGRY. (haha)

One thing we know is Jack Smith does NOT want the Defense to see all the evidence he has against former President Trump, even though they have full security clearances, just like he does. Thinking of "WHY", is good exercise for one's imagination.
