45% to 40%, with 15% undecided. And what are the error bars on those polling results? Usually around +-3%. And with inflation going down, those polling numbers might well change. In any case polling this early doesn't mean a lot. HRC was ahead by 3-5 percentage points a few months before the 2016 election.

Sclerotic Joe isn't using the indictments as part of his campaign strategy, your unsubstantiated claims notwithstanding.

However, I don't want Biden or Harris being the nominee(s). As the poll says, the majority of Americans think the geezer is too old, and I am in that camp.
