But we are talking about kids. Jr High is the age that young people tend to do what their friends encourage them to do. It's a very common thing to take a pill a kid gives you, saying, hey, it's fine, it's just a downer. And the pill the other kid took had a lower dose (cartels don't have much quality control). The next pill has a hot dose of fentanyl and the kid drops dead. Maybe the kid that had the pills will just end up a junkie.

Also, there's more than one cop issued narcan when the package they came across in the trunk of the car was bulging with fentanyl.
