This is from a Dutch publication, Dutch magazine Blendle. I can't link because it's behind a paywall. DrDisclosure89 posted the interview on Twitter

Q: Are you threatened by what you are putting out now?

'I can't comment on that, but very unpleasant things have happened, both on a personal and career level.'

Q: Why are you ringing the bell?

“I know that the US Department of Defense is withholding crucial information from Congress, especially the possession of UAPs and alien remains by our Secret Service. They refuse to share crucial information and deny its existence. It is even criminal to withhold this from your drivers. That's why I started ringing the bell.'

Q: How were you able to do that? Do you have some sort of security clearance?

'This is partly due to the NDAA whistleblower act, which guarantees the protection of whistleblowers. I filed a complaint in May 2022 and had an intelligence officer testimonial drawn up.'

Q:How did you get the inspector general to let you share information about the Mussolini uap?

"Because this UAP crash happened on Italian soil and it happened almost 90 years ago."

Q:Are only America and Italy involved?

'No, there are also known cases in Russia, for example. It even resulted in a race with the Russians to see who could master the UAP technology first.'

Q: What is the most important thing this uap technology can offer humanity?

'One of the most scandalous facets of withholding the technology is that we could have been generating clean energy for decades, but continue to deliberately pollute the earth with oil.

Climate change tech is being withheld. This technology has the potential to have a hugely positive impact on the ecosystem. The Department of Energy, which is also part of the secret services, has some explaining to do, because this is a crime against humanity and the earth.

We use the tech for war and not for peace and nature. The people who withhold this will one day have to apply for amnesty somewhere for crimes against humanity.'

Q: Has anyone tried to address this before?

'Yes, but they have disappeared, or have been silenced with serious threats. This is life-threatening knowledge.'

I am stunned - if true withholding climate change tech is worse than withholding disclosure

So up is down, black is white. Men are women, day is night. First climate change is bad, now it’s up to the all knowing and superior powers of our governments to save us from bad climate change by using good climate change we need to beg them to share with us. Something doesn’t sell me on this. How about you?

4. For some unknown reason "they" have yet to reveal themselves to humanity (we can not yet truly verify whether or not some of the world's elites have made any contact)

So are all of the contactee accounts fabrications ?

There do seem to be quite a few people that accept descriptions of sightings (generally as spacecraft) but then totally ignore accounts where occupants have been seen and even conversed with.

The US Secret Service is a division of the Department of Treasury, why would they be holding on to "alien remains" and UAP's? Also, the Department of Energy is not a part of the Secret Service, which, as I said, is part of the Department of Treasury.

Did he misspeak? Get mistranslated? Or is he just making things up?

And why haven't we heard from the friends and families of these "disappeared" folks?

My vote is that he's LARPing. All that alien tech, and they haven't put it into the military's hands? We'd see a lot of rapid innovation coming from an Army facility rather than from Raytheon, Texas Instruments, and other big contractors. If they put the alien stuff in the hands of contractors, we'd be hearing about it from everywhere... not just the occasional "whistleblower."

We'd have silent pack robots (instead of Big Dog) and standalone robots capable of playing military scout that could run for weeks without recharging. We'd have new power sources and wouldn't be seeing constant upgrades through competition (as we see now) - it would be a single source and done. And we wouldn't be using rockets to launch things into space.

He's making it up.

There’s also quite a few people that store their urine in jars in their bedroom. Does that make them right or crazy?

U.S. Government is actively hiding knowledge that could change our perception of the universe and world. THAT IS malfeasance.

It is not illegal for the govt to keep whatever secrets it wants (except for intent to cover up crime by the government). It is part of national security function of government and therefore you can't have it both ways.

Have you been advocating Trump be thrown in prison for possessing classified docs, yet try to argue this 'whistleblower' should be able to tell us all about the foreign potential enemies dominating the skies?

What would the difference be, essentially? A US POTUS deciding something shouldn't be secret, or a lower level individual? Or just somebody you like, or a topic you find interesting?

I'd say, that if the truth is out there, the US government won't be able to cover it up forever. In a single generation, the ideas are no longer preposterous. Mankind is growing out of our childhood and into our adolescence, no matter what.

I'm not criticizing the whistleblower. I'm criticizing those in the government who actively hide this information. It doesn't matter if they believe it's "due to national security", it's a ethically wrong to hide such critical information from the world. It may be "legal" to withhold such information, but that doesn't make it right.

I don't think Trump's situation is relatable. This is about disclosure of information that is vital the public. I applaud this whistleblower for coming foward. But we deserve to know information if there is intelligent life.

Im saying that I don't BELIEVE the whistleblower. See, he can come out here and lie all he wants.

What he can NOT do is spill classified info that is true.

See the difference now?

Why is information about aliens, alien tech, and our fiddling with it any less classified than any other foreign entity or technological innovation and progress? Id say it's exactly the same.

Thinking people already know we aren't alone in the universe.

The aliens themselves could make themselves known any time they want.

Doubt it. You have to actually be on to something for that to happen. This guy is just a drama queen wanting attention. He's said nothing that anyone else hasn't already said countless times.

Either way, it won’t end well for him. Whether he’s a whistleblower or controlled opposition — longevity isn’t on his side. Think: tying up loose ends.

There seems to be some folks that have been chipped by the aliens.

I've heard Travis Walton tell his story in person. He seems 'haunted', and or 'off' somehow. So it either really effected him or making the story up and having to live with making it up his whole life and ripping people off with lies might make him feel 'off' as well. So I don't know.

Hearing him say that he thinks the ETs rescued him from the huge static shock he got from their craft that stopped his heart was very novel. I didn't think the movie parts about the ship were real and he confirmed that.

I attended one of the 'Experiencers Luncheon' events at one of the CITD I attended. Non-experiencers are welcome to come, but they asked us to listen only. The ones that were sharing were getting very excited with the overlaps in the various experiences. The idea that we are down to maybe 6 identified species or races if you prefer. Greys might be androids. That has been speculated.

I'd like to have answers one day.

vlawde, I apologize for showing up on your cool threads and sounding negative all the time. I appreciate your contributions.

And I personally believe there is non-human intelligence behind the phenomena.

But it seems obvious that the current push across MSM, social media and the paced-but-continuous "leaks" is highly-coordinated.

Now that could mean legitimate Disclosure slowly realized. Dr. Christopher "Kit" Green had this to say in Pilkington's Mirage Men a few years back:

Dr Green - "In a country that has a large, educated population there is a large subset of individuals who suffer from what's called paraphrenia. Paraphrenia is a form of mental illness that doesn't interfere with your everyday life. It means that you can have a delusion and not be crazy, a delusion that you can confine and control. Many of us have one corner of the mind that is delusional - I bet you that I do.

'I might, for example, be religious - I'm an Episcopalian, though as such, I am protected from diagnosis, as are all the UFO buffs, because a large social structure of shared beliefs, like a religion, cannot be a delusion. So all those people who believe that they are being beamed at by the government can no longer be diagnosed as crazy - there are just too many of them.

'But, if there is a condition that is threatening to the social structure - like the idea that the aliens are here and they are taking our babies, or that God hates people of a certain creed or colour - and if people who believe in that kind of delusion band together, they can end up encouraging each other to get a lot sicker, or they strap on belts and make themselves human bombs. So we have to know how to deal with these people and how to prevent them from being dangerous to others.

'This applies to the UFO problem. If something really strange in the area of UFOs is true, then what do we do about conveying that information to the public? First we consider what may be the basic facts: maybe there are civilised lifeforms elsewhere in the universe; maybe they visited us in their spaceships a couple of times and then went back home; perhaps they left a vehicle or some technology behind and we've spent a lot of time and money trying to figure out how to use it. And there may be people in the government who believe that this did happen, and believe that the information needs to be public knowledge, because perhaps someone outside of the government will be able to make sense of their technology. But there's another group of people in power who say, "No, it will make them sick to know all this, we can't let the story out, it's too dangerous." '

John and I glanced at each other. My mouth was dry...Things were getting strange again. Did Kit just tell us that these things happened? Was that a hypothetical scenario he had just presented us with, or one that he believed to be real? Kit continued.

'So, what do we do? There are studies on both sides of the problem. Some show that people will go crazy and jump of bridges when they're presented with this information. Others, however, say that if you don't want them to go crazy, what you do is systematically desensitize their fears.

'If you are a psychiatrist with a patient you can do that in a very methodical way. If you are a sociologist working with a group of students at a university you can do this in a very structured and experimental way. But if you are a government with a population it's a lot more complicated. Sure, there are those who are just going to shrug and say, "I always knew the aliens were real, it's no big deal." But you also know that some of them are nuttier than a fruitcake and could cause a lot of trouble. So we have to ask ourselves how we can tell people what they deserve to know and, maybe, what they need to know?

'The way to do it is to construct a framework whereby they can parse out the things that they've heard that are not true, and you whittle it down to a manageable story. A story like this: "There were three spaceships that came here over thirty years, and we've got one of them. We can't figure out how it works, we've crashed it because there's a lot of physics that we've still got to learn. We do have something that's like a magnethydrodynamic toroid, and it really did get a craft of the ground, but it smelled bad and it killed a couple of pilots. And we're really sorry about that, but we did it because we've got this machine that came from another planet, and we need to know how it works." '

Oh god, he just did it again. I tried to slow my breathing to prevent the giddiness from becoming a full-on panic attack.

Kit carried on, oblivious to my inner struggle. I was glad not to be inside one of his MRI machines.

'How do you tell people that story? If it's true?' he added, almost parenthetically.

"If you were to give them the core story right off the bat, they'd get sick, so you do it slowly over ten or twenty years. You put out a bunch of movies, a bunch of books, a bunch of stories, a bunch of Internet memes about reptilian aliens eating our children, about all the crazy stuff that we've seen recently in Serpo. Then one day you say, "Hey, all that stuff is nonsense, relax, it's not that bad, you don't have to worry, the reality is this..." - and then you give them the real story."

Mirage Men by Mark Pilkington

Or it could mean something quite different. Are you familiar with the whole SERPO thing, vlawde? In a way it could fit the above explanation. But it also doesn't fit in ways it should if "Acclimation" was really the intent.

What do they mean by climate change tech?

Technology that changes the climate? Chem trails? Cloud seeding?

Technology that is to be used to further the completely ludicrous notion that CO2 is somehow a threat and well all need to be communists?

This just sounds like more idiotic distraction to me.

Perhaps, if it is truly useful technology for all on earth, maybe it would be worth labeling it more appropriately. Like saying it's prosperity technology, or something along those lines.

But climate change tech? Really? Agenda for the UN much?

Good question.

What he said:

"One of the most scandalous facets of withholding the technology is that we could have been generating clean energy for decades, but continue to deliberately pollute the earth with oil".

So not climate change tech per se - but maybe the science which might enable cleaner energy solutions?

Such as fusion ( remember that thing LM were working on in 2014 and said they'd have a working prototype in 10 years..which is any time now).

The type of compact fusion reactor LM (and the Navy) wanted for mobile applications was spec'd to use 1 G of reactor fuel to output the equivalent energy produced from 8 metric tonnes of oil - with no pollution.
