The many who have seen tech cruising the skies with no obvious motive force or have witnessed teleportation or levitation or have seen the "impossible" architecture of our predecessors have known for a long, long time.

The few contemporary inventors who develop either vastly superior conventional power or unconventional "zero point" power have been killed, threatened and/or bought off... even with the charlatans and grifters, there have been a few seemingly legit individuals who discovered it in the current age.

The technology also (likely) deals with manipulation of consciousness ...and perhaps reality itself. Something is keeping the majority docile and some of the so-called Mandela Effects aren't poor memory.

But why would "they" permit this information to be known? Why now?

At one point, he corrected himself and said "secret services". I think he means "clandestine services" as a general category. Clandestine refers to the category of activities that the government doesn't want to admit to, so they lie, cheat, and steal in pursuit of that goal.

I can't find the reference just now, but the National Security Act of 1947 gave the permission to do that kind of stuff to the CIA. So, the people who have done/are doing the lying, cheating, and stealing will probably argue that they were acting in accordance with the laws governing Special Access Programs.

Also, I personally believe that the UFO subject was the purview of the Manhattan Project during WWII. When the Atomic Energy Act created the Atomic Energy Commission in 1946, it created the category of Restricted Data, which is not entirely accessible to the President and to members of Congress, and it gave everything that was owned by the Manhattan Project to the newly formed AEC. That includes all of the Manhattan Project's clandestine activities.

I think that when the dust settles on disclosure it will turn out that the activities were mostly done in technical compliance with US laws.

Withholding knowledge about free energy for decades is probably not illegal, even though it's morally slimy.

It could be!
That may be why they are taking bio samples from humans in these times-as its the last time period they can harvest samples before "the event"takes place.
Whatever that event is,I think it leads to humans not being able to have babies,as many of the reported experiments are to do with reproduction.

Iv'e heard of this before, but now this is coming from someone with huge credibility. I'm not sure why more people are not outraged about this.

If true, this is the biggest story and coverup of all time. This is bigger than any political mumbo jumbo going on today. We should be forcing this tech to come out, but instead, i don't see many people caring..

Too much silver in the body can cause blue skin. Those silver cures that were all the rage can turn you blue.

1. No matter who "they" are or where they come from. There have been consistent reports of sightings throughout history. They are here and have stayed, this alone in my mind throws "zoo theory" out the window.

2. They have been seen in our skies, entering our oceans and in space.

3. They have spacecraft of different shapes and sizes all capable of defying our current understanding of physics in the same unbelievable fashion.

4. For some unknown reason "they" have yet to reveal themselves to humanity (we can not yet truly verify whether or not some of the world's elites have made any contact)

Unless I'm leaving something out, these are the verifiable facts that we the general public are aware of.
These 4 statements are concrete not conjecture, not just one person's crazy story, these are verifiable true statements.

With this information I personally assume a few possibilities.

1. "they" are not here for the general publics "best interest". At a minimum they are not interested in general public at all.
- They have incredible technology (suppose they do have the capability to stop climate change) that could help humanity in any number of ways but have not particularly cared to share.
- With the power that "they" have "they" would conceivably be capable of stopping countless atrocities that have taken place ( Epstein Island, Hitler, climate change etc.)

2. They are not here yet.. this is a little far fetched but isn't it all? This one does seem unlikely to me but this is just me trying my best to give the benefit of the doubt on why they wouldn't help.
- maybe they've been here before maybe it wasn't them but something else.
- maybe the craft that are here are drones scouting ahead of their arrival.. DA DA DAA!!

The main point of all of this does go along with the OP.
If the government has withheld this technology then so have "they" so they share in the crime against humanity equally.

That's my take.

Whistleblower Act only applies to government malfeasance and you still must follow the chain of command..i.e. You don't just go public.

There is no protection for simply spilling classified.

With the POTUS election coming up in 2024, I wonder if disclosure will become a big talking point. I mean, I don't care who it is, Trump or Biden. If they absolutely promise disclosure, im voting for them.

So I hope we, the people, can push this topic to the forefront (you know the media won't take it too seriously). If a candidate promises they'll do everything in their power to force declassification of UFOs, that will be fantastic.

I think at this point, we have to push this topic hard. Get people to realize that this is really important. Because if this is real, its the most urgent and vital thing to focus on right now.

Sounds like this whistleblower is following the chain of command, but perhaps someone will "just go public" and risk lack of protection. Assuming this is eventually brushed away and nothing is done about this revelation.

I do wonder what is with the blue skin. If it's symoblic or based on something the "hindus" of old seen. Accounts of shiva was that he was human. From the little reading ive done, Shiva seemed like he was based on a human. Not alien. And one wild human doing drugs and what not. But who knows.. its hard to find out what is based on historical accounts.
