The shop owner handed over data that he copied from the laptop to the FBI, Trump and Bannon, who then used it to try and make Joe look bad

The FBI had to seize the laptop from him later.

politically motivated RAT.

I don’t think that Biden is a scandal free president, far from.

He clearly lied about having no knowledge of Hunters business dealings, and even appears to have gained material wealth from them.

The DOJ and social media obscured facts (at the least) ahead of the midterms about the laptop. This became pretty clear shortly after.

But it’s a big claim to say a president is acting in the interest of an adversary nation (which is different to say just a bad president).

Many of us here demanded more evidence for the Russian collusion claims, and rightfully so. There was a couple of thing people clung to to make that story, like the meeting at Trump tower (looks like the Russian woman was kicking up dirt on purpose), the behind closed doors meeting with Putin, and business dealings with oligarchs such as real estate transactions.

I did a thread back in the day showing that the macro shows Trump was actually harder on Russia than Obama though (got 404’d since it was mudpit or I’d link it). If I remember correctly the highlights were increased sanctions, the military dusting 100+ Wagner troops in Syria, he was the first to provide lethal aid to Ukraine, and we can now add he said Biden wasn’t doing enough to combat Russia about a month into the renewed invasion.

I think it’s clear the Biden family has been financial opportunists, but the US has been on a course of decoupling from China between the chips act, massive pressure on the eastern sphere of influence, and overall rhetoric against the Chinese regime which has proven to be a continuation of Trump policy on China (which I agree with seeing as they’re a blight to our economy and have been).

Most of people who merely discussed some do the reasons Trump was being accused of certain things were just written off as TDS. Some of the things unrelated to that where he did have egg on his face people had an insane threshold for evidence before they’d even consider it. But with Biden, it’s perfectly OK for people to declare things as a matter of fact. It’s just inconsistent IMO.

For the record, I’m not saying it’s impossible Biden doesn’t have arrangements that could get him in legal trouble or even show he did have sweetheart deals with adversary nations… I’m just saying we can’t say that’s a fact right now since it is debatable.

That’s a lot of text to simply say that you will not entertain any evidence, or in any way discuss what Biden has actually done with Ukraine, China, and Russia.
He’s called Putin and Xi a couple of silly names / vague insults. Otherwise, all of his actions have been good to them. Hell, he originally told Putin that a “small incursion” would be OK. And now all of a sudden an independent Taiwan is off the table, after being a cornerstone of American policy for 50 years.
You’re not even trying to hide your outlandish bias anymore.

It is a lot of text, so I don’t blame you for reading it all.

Here’s a tid bit from the end that dispels your claim I won’t entertain it.

As for Taiwan, I remember the threads here saying he was trying to start WWIII for saying we would stand by them. Depends which way the wind is blowing here on that one.

And I didn’t think I hid my bias, I hate the current state of both parties.

URGENT!

Looks like the Hunter Biden Deposition is happening TODAY. Not on July 26th, as the Fox News article said yesterday. (Fox Inc. has lost a lot of talented employees this Summer.)

Hunter Biden is set to be deposed Thursday as part of the civil lawsuit brought by Delaware computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac, who came into possession of the disgraced first son’s now infamous laptop in 2019.

The president’s son will be in Delaware Thursday morning to provide all of his unredacted bank records from April 2019, according to a plaintiff notice obtained by The Post.

Mac Isaac had sued Hunter Biden for defamation last year, alleging he left the store owner to twist in the wind for years while falsely insisting that the laptop was not his, that it had been stolen or that his information had been hacked.

Biden failed to retrieve the laptop from Mac Isaac’s store in April 2019 — despite attempts by Mac Isaac to contact him.

Since the first son did not return to pick up his laptop, Mac Isaac became the computer’s legal owner.

and I agree. Which is why I said:

there is a lot of evidence pointing to Biden being beholden to China and other countries, based on the transfer of large sums of money.

We aren't at the charging phase yet. We don't have enough evidence.

But another rabbit hole that exists here is the massive push to accept Climate Change as an existential threat. Once you do that, you submit to massive change, most of which benefits China based on their rare earth minerals, and production of most things "green" at the moment. Who is pushing this super hard? Well, Biden and Kerry are. And both of them have ties to the CCP money grab. Now none of that proves anything, but it should give pause for thought at the very least.

My point is just as you can't say he's owned, you can't say he isn't. And the evidence leans strongly in one direction.

Yea, there policy is helping China right now.

Ideally we need to rethink battery technology before it makes any sense. Setting aside climate control though, there is going to come a day we have to rethink our energy mix, that time is now for the grid, and may come in my lifetime for transportation.

It’s debatable how much we could even ween ourselves off of fossil fuels too if transportation makes their ambitious push towards a majority EV.

But I do think we need to figure out our future energy mix given we’re reliant on too many questionable sources as it is. Even if the US produced its own, that only lasts so long for easily extracted and refined sources. Diesel will still be a demand well past personal vehicles, so there’s going to be a need for that even if we figure out batteries in the near future.

Why are you so opposed to just reporting the facts and letting those facts tell your story?

The FOX article that was the basis for this thread talks about H. Biden taking a plea deal and making his first court appearance on July 26th.

Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a deal that is expected to keep him out of prison. The president's son also agreed to enter into a pretrial diversion agreement with regard to a separate charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance. The plea agreement is expected to keep Biden out of prison.

Biden is expected to make his first court appearance on July 26.

The walls continue closing in on the Biden Crime Family in multiple investigations...

Hunter Biden set to be deposed in lawsuit brought by laptop repair shop owner.

Delaware computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Issac filed defamation lawsuit against Hunter Biden in October 2022.

Hunter Biden is expected to be deposed as part of the civil lawsuit brought by Delaware computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Issac, Fox News has learned.

Mac Isaac filed a lawsuit against Hunter Biden in October 2022 in Delaware for defamation. Hunter Biden, in March, filed a counter suit alleging Isaac illicitly distributed Hunter Biden's personal data and accuses him of six counts of invasion of privacy.
Full Story: www.foxnews.com...

Once Hunter confirms the laptop is his and the contents of that laptop are as they seem... raunchy...illegal deals....international money laundering... the fires of other parallell investigations will burn hotter.

Times almost up for the Biden Crime Family. Next comes those at the top who interacted with them.

That will be even more Earth shattering!

How did I know when I first saw this thread headline that it would be from you. LOL.

Weren't you the one that created the thread about "The Biden family will be shown to have committed crimes on Wednesday" or something to that effect, and we are still waiting now, about 6 weeks and counting, for some meaty substance to the claim.

As for this thread of yours, why do you even post it now? It's just going be another big nothing egg like the aforementioned thread. Why don't you at least wait until there is actually news on the subject? That way you may be able to keep some egg off your face.

And what if the computer is Hunter Biden's and HB acknowledges it in the deposition? It's been out of his hands for how long, over a year or more? Who's had access to it during that time? From what I've read, the documents evidently shown from it seem to have gone through at least three iterations of copies, so who knows what's been put on the computer when it was not in HB's possession.

This kind of thread for something that is a month out, and may not amount to a hill of beans is really weak sauce. I don't mind the authorities investigating it thoroughly, but why make all kinds of big claims before there is any "there" there? You Trump sycophants and Biden haters like to falsely claim that those who want Trump to face justice as having TDS, yet you clearly get glee out of creating threads on half-baked conspiracy hypotheses a month before the event goes down. Who has the derangement syndrome?

Because the person has nothing, and is just try to gin up their half-baked claims, of course, by posting pointless updates. And somebody is this invested in what the current president's son's legal issues are, but not a peep about those of the former president's sons' and daughter's and son-in-law's.

Let me explain it to you. If the computer repair shop owner sold or gave away any customer's computer, no matter how long it had sat around and if the work had not been paid for, it is both an ethical and legal breech not to have wiped the hard drive first -- and I mean a thorough, DoD-level wipe, not just a deletion of files. I've worked for a computer/electronics recycling and refurbishing business, and the cleaning or destruction of hard drives was the number one priority of the organization, because it would be legally liable for any original owner's data that fell into the hands of anyone else, be it an employee or customer buying a refurbished computer or hard drive.

Just proved you wrong, bucko.

You didnt see Elijah Cummings say anything the other day given the fact he.has been dead simce 2019. What you saw was a recording of.him from 2016 incorrectly saying it.

Cummings died on October 17, 2019, at Johns Hopkins Hospital at the age of 68 from "complications concerning longstanding health challenges", his spokeswoman stated

Very nice of a Trump apologist to call a dead congressman of color a "frog faced moron", and claiming he heard the utterance in question by the deceased individual just the other day, but that's not on you, @opethPA.

As for Cumming's claim regarding the Voting Rights Act, it's not entirely wrong. In the House it passed by a 333–85 vote (Democrats 221–61, Republicans 112–24), most, if not all of the nay-saying Democrats becoming Dixiecrats who then switched over to the Republican party. In the Senate the bill passed by a 77–19 vote (Democrats 47–16, Republicans 30–2); only senators representing Southern states voted against it. So GOP senate votes did help to make it past a filibuster.

Do keep in mind that back then, the South was dominated by the Democratic party. The Democrats knew this would cause a schism in their party, which it did. LBJ, a Democrat, used his political capital as president to push it through, lamenting afterwards to Bill Moyer, his press secretary, "Well, I think we [The Democrats] may have lost the south for your lifetime – and mine." Being that Bill Moyer is 89, LBJ's statement will in all likelihood bear out.

‘We may have lost the south’: what LBJ really said about Democrats in 1964

So the Democrats knowingly did take a massive political hit for the Voting Rights Act, whereas the GOP gained a bunch of racist ex-Democrats who chose to go over to the more conservative of the two parties, and likely to spite their old party and its sell-out (to them) Texan president as well.

Was what Elijah Cummings said at a presidential convention a bit of political hyperbole? Sure. Do a lot of politicians spout hyperbole at presidential conventions? In the immortal words of Sarah Palin, "You betcha!" Trump said in his 2016 nomination speech that "We will be a country of generosity and warmth. But we will also be a country of law and order." Separating children from their parents and putting children in cages is not generally considered generosity or warmth. And as for being a country of "law and order", ahem, *cough* twice-impeached *cough* 71 indictments and counting *cough* *cough* fomenting a seditious riot *cough* *cough*. Trump also brought up the point that Obama doubled the debt (in 8 years) to $19 billion, yet Trump in one term raised it by $7.8 billion, so he actually did worse than Obama in this regard. But that doesn't mean I am going to call him an obese, lying POS.
