He doesn't mention Trump in the speech. Afterwards there's a Q&A session. Here's the ONLY mention of Trump:

Um, no, at least I will not believe so until I see evidence that passes the scrutiny of judicial review.

Democrats want to win elections and work hard to do so. Republicans want to win elections and work hard to do so. I think both sides would cheat if they could without being caught. But we have a robust system that makes it virtually impossible.

The Judge telling Joe Biden's DOJ-FBI-StateDept-DHS-HHS to stop "coaching" Social Media Companies this week was much bigger than most people can appreciate right now.

They were really counting on duplicating what helped Democrats in 2020. That is, forcing media companies to hide Biden Crime Family revelations, while at the same time pushing piles of anti-Trump speculations and rumors out to the public.

I can't believe McCarthy adjourned the House for Summer vacation, with so much damning information on Garland-Wray-Bidens arriving almost daily! (Between June 24th and Sept 12th, the House is only in Session for 12 days!)
