Last month, Special Counsel-Investigator JOHN DURHAM and his team, completed 30 months of investigating how the Obama Administration determined that Donald J. Trump was an operative or spy for the country of Russia. It turns out that the whole thing was made up, just to damage candidate and then President Trump.

Durham's Final Report, minus 29 pages kept secret by AG Merrick Garland: www.justice.gov...

One of the most visible and vocal accusers of Donald Trump conspiring with Russia to damage America, was Congressman ADAM SCHIFF, Democrat out of California (Pasadena & Hollywood). Adam Schiff was either the #1 or #2 leader of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee from 2017 to present. Schiff would constantly find reporter microphones, or TV News shows willing to help him spew his intentional lies about Donald Trump, and adult members of the Trump family.

--------

TODAY, a simple vote was taken to see who in the U.S. House felt Adam Schiff needed to be censured...to receive a slap on the wrist...for lying to the American people about President Trump being an Operative for Russia. (The U.S. House is comprised of 222 Republicans and 212 Democrats. Source: pressgallery.house.gov... )

SADLY and ALARMINGLY, the vote was 225 - 196 to NOT CENSURE/NOT PUNISH Congressman ADAM SCHIFF.

Source: www.foxnews.com...

--------

You expect Democrats to support a fellow Democrat lying to America...which includes all their own constituents.

But for TWENTY (20!) REPUBLICANS to support Adam Schiff's intentional treachery, and damaging lies against a sitting U.S. President...Republican or otherwise, is just plain insane!

Here are the 20 Republicans who approve of Adam Schiff intentionally delivering SIGNIFICANT AMERICA-DAMAGING LIES to the American Public.

Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky.

Rep. Kelly Armstrong, R-N.D.

Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer, R-Ore.

Rep. Juan Ciscomani, R-Ariz.

Rep. Tom Cole, R-Okla.

Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio

Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa.

Rep. Kay Granger, R-Texas

Rep. Garret Graves, R-La.

Rep. Thomas Kean, R-N.J.

Rep. Kevin Kiley, R-Calif.

Rep. Young Kim, R-Calif.

Rep. Michael Lawler, R-N.Y.

Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif.

Rep. Marcus Molinaro, R-N.Y.

Rep. Jay Obernolte, R-Calif.

YOU CAN BE CERTAIN that this display of their true belief system will damage their re-election chances in 18 months, if they are up for re-election in 2024. Their names are now etched on the Republican "Wall of Shame" that will be publicized throughout the land, in mid/late 2024.

These people are crooks, corrupt criminals, all on the grift. If anything can be termed as “good” from this nightmare, it’s the clarity gained by sane people over the level of corruption that runs rife throughout our government.

Now if we can fix what has become apparent, there in lay the rub

This was their chance to assign direct accountability.

They failed.

Surprised?

Most of them are from NY or California , Then I see NJ , Oregon , Oklahoma , PA . Not many surprises just Rhinos .

Trump represents change and a shock to the corrupt culture of DC , It's not just the Left that want Trump gone.

All 20 bought and paid for by the unhinged Democrats.
That’s the only thing it could be.

Everyone knows he lied about everything to do with Trump-Russia…..EVERYONE KNOWS IT.

February 3, 2023 - Washington — Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has endorsed fellow Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff for the U.S. Senate if Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California decides to retire at the end of her term

IF Feinstein resigns! It's obvious she's had a serious stroke and chances of recovering much of her former health are pretty slim.

It's also important to pay attention to the people who endorse a candidate. For example, if any of the republicans who voted not to censure Schiff endorse someone or something, you know not to buy what they're selling.

My list of RINO's keeps growing. I wish more people were paying attention.

Congressional elections are the best, legal way to evict members who have no respect for their fellow/lady Americans.

The fact that Adam Schiff is so reviled across the Republican landscape, makes it easy to vote against a Republican who supports Adam Schiff.

Those Republican members who voted today to let Schiff continue to lie, without any threat of penalty, don't understand (or don't care?) what they did to their re-election chances.

I'm surprised 20 Republicans agree Schiff lied, but support him anyway.

The resolution was known to be on shaky ground with some Republicans. One expected "no" vote, Rep. Tom Massie, R-Ky., said he opposed the idea of a fine against Schiff — the resolution up Wednesday recommended a $16 million fine but did not require it.

"Adam Schiff acted unethically but if a resolution to fine him $16 million comes to the floor I will vote to table it. (vote against it)," he tweeted Wednesday.

"The Constitution says the House may make its own rules but we can’t violate other (later) provisions of the Constitution," he added. "A $16 million fine is a violation of the 27th and 8th amendments."

I recognize some of them as the Congressmen who showed up on Mainstream Media to say Trump caused Republicans to not have success in the November 2022 mid-terms.

87% of Trump-endorsed candidates won, and Republicans gained a House Majority as a result.

It makes sense that they'd also support Adam Schiff.

The Republicans in this group who have crimes they want kept hidden, had better announce they're not running for re-election. Come Jan 2025, if they are still in office, they will begin to wish they had resigned before Jan 2025.

We knew the RINO class of 2022 was going to be a problem, well at least some of us did.

Here we are. Try not to be surprised. Still got a little less than two years to go. Plenty of time to screw the Americans they seem to know so much about, i.e., "the American people...." (what a load of 💩)

STOP thinking there's sides in this. That ship has sailed. It's all about winners and losers as we race towards complete collapse.

I haven't an ounce of confidence in our government any longer.

Just a good example that EVERYONE OF THEM are bought and paid for. You wont see anything actually ruled against any of them again. It's eith too much dirt is know, paid for by special interests, or afraid of losing any votes. Simple as that. And people keep re electing them over and over.

Goes to show how little these people think of their constituents. I guess what happened to Congresswoman LIZ CHENEY last Fall didn't send these 20 a message.

Liz was defeated in a landslide, after her 18-months of sitting next to Adam Schiff on the Jan 6th Congressional "Get Trump!" committee.

I hope the embarrassment and smack-down Liz Cheney received, is duplicated with most of the 20 Republicans who support Adam Schiff's lying.

You only have 16 in your list.

And one of my state's reps, not in my district, and not included in your list, was one of the repubs included in that list.

The entire list can be found here.
Gateway Pundit

I do suspect the Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, had something to do with thwarting this issue. He just couldn't take the chance to add his name to that list for fear of being recalled by, it just takes one, someone of his own party. He couldn't risk it.

There were 13 cowards that didn't have the guts to even vote, one way or the other.

The chamber voted 225-196-7. Twenty Republicans voted with Democrats to block the resolution, while seven lawmakers — five Democrats, two Republicans — voted present.

There were 6 more that just did not vote at all.

Here's what really bugs me about this ...

I realize, for whatever reason, that some people just hate Donald Trump with every fiber of their being. Ok, fine.

Imagine if Barak Obama was the target of all of this. Sure, he had a few arrows fired in his direction: birth certificate, wife is a man, etc. But each and every time the official government and the propaganda outlets deflected those shots and defended the President.

In the case of Donald Trump, it was the official government and the propaganda outlets firing those shots. Anyone trying to defend the President was likely to take a few shots themselves. Who cares? They were deplorable anyway.

And now we all know that a lot of that was just pure BS. Russian collusion, tax records, sex crimes, bribery, and the perpetrators knew from the start they were all "nothing burgers."

-----------------

It's kind of funny when you think about it. If Schiff had shot Trump in the leg, it would have cost Trump maybe $100k in medical bills and Schiff would go to jail. And they would tell us that guns are the problem, and we need to eliminate the 2nd Amendment.

But when Schiff lies, costs Trump millions in legal fees and damage to his reputation, it's all cool. They are legally entitled to lie to us: alphabet agencies, "news" media, law enforcement, prosecutors, congress, etc. No personal liability for lying, any penalty would be paid by the taxpayer.

And that's why this country is going down the tubes. We're willing to accept that our government lies to us, and we believe government when they tell us that it is in our best interests. Even when everything we see tells us that's wrong.

I was wondering just what could be the reason why they would vote this way. I guess I can understand not wanting a fine, okay that's fine I guess...

Except that it isn't. He is amongst the worst examples I can give you as to what is wrong in congress, reasons which have been pointed out ad nauseum by now. I say 16 million wasn't enough. If we were serious, we'd write a SHIFTY ACT that draws penalties for congressmen lying in instances not under oath. Sad that were to this point.

Here is probably why it failed.

Eighth Amendment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

They tried to assess a $16,000,000 fine.
