I would like to know what corporation it is. I've hired for 2 of them now, and there's been no such system. Hell, at Walmart we just offer jobs over the phone now never having seen the person. There's no place on the application for race or sexuality. As far as management goes, there's over 20 of us. 2 black guys, 4 white girls, and the rest of us are white dudes. All straight.

There is a chance that I could still hire him but the deck would be stacked against him.

If, after interviewing everyone, the point system is applied and his score was tied with a higher tiered applicant he would get a nice letter saying that the best applicant was chosen and better luck next time.

Sorry, I can’t say. It would make things too easy for the doxers.

I don’t doubt what you say about your experience though. Two out of three companies that I have worked with in my career didn’t have this policy but it does indeed exist.

As I have told you before, good luck triggering me, I'm not some little snowflake. There has been no knee jerk responses from me, but if you like we can start that.

The only echo chamber I am hearing is the one you keep throwing everyone into about how intolerant and "ignorant" we all are.

Well, and I have seen this person, when someone who in all ways looks like a burly trucker wearing a frilly pink blouse comes to my locker room, suspicion is a very normal female response, not the bigotry it gets immediately harged as.
