I think if you're not hoarding documents, the government subpoenas you for them back, you ask your lawyers to destroy them, you purposely hide and move them and then lie on an attestation that you returned them all and meanwhile you discuss military plans with random aides, I think you're pretty safe! I can pretty much say with 99% accuracy the DOJ will not come after you.

And fearful Dems? The witnesses are all Trump's people. The audio is Trump himself.

Not at all. Get the evidence and indict criminals. I keep saying that, however no one seems to actually provide evidence in all of these investigations going on. I hear lots of allegations. Should be easy, I mean won't the people who work for your target just testify to his/ her crimes, that's what happened in this case, or try to lie to cover for them but their own texts tell the truth. Again, happened in this case.

I was being sarcastic. Can you imagine the Patriots if they held him in jail? Yikes! And again, is he going to flee? I mean he might but his ego needs too much stroking from his fans, and that might also impact his donation grift.

Also, if he wants to commit some more crimes, or incriminate himself in his speeches which he's likely to do, then they will let him. It'll catch up to him later if so.

I think the public and government officials who are behind the 7-year effort to "Take Down Trump!" are devoid of COMMON SENSE.
