No it is not, just in the red states in the u.s.a. and the medical communities elsewhere are doing a reset with some processes because they really don't know what they are doing with so little evidence-based research.

Yes it is-if the blued states are behind then they will catch up later on with the appropriate lawsuit-you seem unhappy

The blue states will do a reset if they start to get sued, plain and simple. The fact still remains that if the psychological treatment fails some people (which it already does with PTSD patients) then they have to turn to other methods, which will include hormonal or surgical treatments. They can't get around that for now.
Can you read my vibes through the screen? Is mindreading and/or remote viewing part of your academia history too?

Who says if psychological treatment doesn't work then the next best solution is hormones n surgery?! This is madness!

I posted the NHS' new processes - see source a little ways back. They are indeed prescribing hormonal therapy to the children that are already receiving it, they are not ending their hormonal therapy. They have ceased giving hormonal therapy to new patients only. However, depending on the child's psychological and transitional treatments, if it is deemed that there is a risk factor of suicide with the child, then they will apply hormonal therapy.

that doesn't answer my question

I would posit those would be "in a clinical research setting". In other words, patients' parents would be notified of the lack of science backing that approach and the risks involved in making their children Guinea pigs to advance the Brave New World of gender ideology.

It doesn't take rocket science to figure out. If the guidance is to halt it except for research for the time being, then any patients potentially extended that treatment would be studied for the time being.
This is how it's done with cancer, yes? They study new treatments in clinical trials.
Otherwise, it is unethical in the extreme to simply give unproven treatments to children.

Meh, if my child has a psychological problem, drugs would be the very last resort. A lot of neurotic mothers with no patience for behaviors they don't understand, treat them as a first option.
It really isn't up to the mothers or fathers, it's up to the medical professionals as they are the only ones with the medical expertise to properly assess psychological issues and how to help the child.

My son wouldn't have access to dolls, nor ask for them as a present. He's a normal child who understands his biology and identity as a young man. Probably because i never filled his head with this garbage and insulated him from most of it. While these poor confused kids spend all their time posing on the internet and trying to gain attention i was teaching my lad to hunt and fish, he also plays football, tennis and is a brown belt at kickboxing. Not to mention top of every class at a grammar school. He doesn't have any social media nor does he watch TV, a huge part of the problem.
Keep your kids informed, entertained, driven, motivated, happy and positive and they won't need to turn to maniacs on the internet for a role model or perverted ideas about sex and gender.

(i.e. help them to cope with the skin they are in - that isn't conversion therapy; it's dealing with physical reality).
No way?! It seems like a miracle someone somewhere noticed they have common sense and applied it.
