A: I will look at HR 2988. I am no longer in these programs so but I have NDA and Oaths. I will see more today about it because there is a battle royale going on between the corporate controllers and the US Congress, and what this means to societal stability and the defense industry.

So, until I have a secure and maybe different way of posting to ATS, I am not going to discuss other than in generalities. I wish they left in the ability to sue for threats and retaliation against whistleblowers but the House took the teeth out of it.

So in 1984 to 1988 you were still working with film, this was pre-digital.

What sort of multiplex imaging were you able to do back then? Can you list some of the devices you may have used back then to make this possible?

Can you explain how you administered the multiple dyes?

What were your findings?

Do you know where the samples came from?

If not, what makes you think they were extraterrestrial?

I'm speculating...that a starship can travel faster than the speed of light, as long as it has a self-generated magnetic field/shield surrounding the craft; so as to protect the starship and crew, while traversing through the superluminial realm.

A starship should easily get up to the speed of light...and beyond, as long as it can achieve constant acceleration; with the possible use of a micro mini black hole (MMBH) propulsion unit.

I've noticed the dream-affect of going down the corridor and it narrows, with a gap but unable to get through. I read somewhere that the SSP or others have containment devices to keep out nosy travelers.

Yes, I think. The craft will assume a new geometry. It will be apparent only to the outside observer...not to folks inside the craft, in this case.
While thinking at what could be powering those alien vessels I liked the idea about the beam that could at its tip 'dissolve' material object by 'spreading it thin' over locally larger space-time area, hence reducing density which reduces inertia to a great degree.
May be that's why inside might seem larger because visually ufo would look fuzzy, difficult to focus on, to estimate distance because in reality this object is smaller at rest than while 'in flight'.

In this scenario, the alien drone that is not meant for actual landing on the surface, does not need any engines onboard. The object will be semi dematerialized and sent over great distance on the tip of the beam to some location. It would explain impossible turns and velocities. The drone will move as quick as the beam can direct itself. There of course has to be a source of the beam. The emitter station. May be in orbit or floating behind the storm cloud. Or underwater.
How I see it is valid as any other opinion at this point. One of my takes if it makes any sense.

TIME WARPING: HOW YOUR BRAIN MAKES TIME FEEL FAST OR SLOW

This theory may also explain why as we age, it seems each year passes by quicker as less novel experiences are had since when we were young and constantly making new memories. So when thinking of how long time lasts, both our brains experience of our current reality and the long-term memories its forms during than event dictates how long we perceive time to be.

I'm speculating...that the alien starships that have been peacefully raiding our planet over the decades --- They don't necessarily need a plasma shield during daytime, because the MMBH (micro mini black hole propulsion unit --- that is housed onboard the starship in a stasis tube --- can be fed starlight photons from the sun. But during nighttime, the MMBH propulsion needs a magnetically contained plasma shield, so it can be fed plasma photons from the shield for propulsion as it ejects the photons as polar jets at near the speed of light; which is then directed toward the thruster outlet tubes.
