Besides the two minute clip that was released, I wonder how long that audio recording is, and what was said before and after.

I wonder if postponing the case until the end of the year, will allow for enough time for Garland to be impeached and replaced.

The two Trump staffers are Margo Martin and Liz Harrington. I don't know if the identity of Meadows' ghostwriter and publisher has been revealed.

Its a "this" ... clearly a good enough reason for the head of the DOJ to engage in political persecution against his boss's top political rival for president and gave away his SCOTUS seat away to someone else.

This "this" is certainly more compelling than when the Democrats tried to try Donald Trump for instruction because he though his food against the wall.

Nauta's arraignment has been delayed until July 6th. He had issues getting to Miami due to fight cancellations and his lawyers want to make sure he has time to meet with local lawyers.

I think we’re almost there. The list is very long of Trump haters who have fallen. Corrupt lawyers, media jokers, the silliest of celebrities, politicians both dem and RINO. And Trump still leading the charge, probably stronger than ever as the dems step in it again and again, every day.

The tape was made at his Bedminster golf club in New Jersey the summer after Trump left office, during a meeting with a publisher and a writer working on a memoir by Trump’s final chief of staff, Mark Meadows, according to people familiar with the matter.

I've heard reported it was Iranian military plans. I'm guessing they are going with what multiple witnesses told them when they testified.

You don't want to hear my thoughts, as I think it's very concerning he had them, bragged about them, called it "cool" that he had them, and then less than a month later, he's got the Saudis over for a visit at that very location, Jared gets 2 billion, and his lawyers now can't provide the Iranian Military plans document.

The audio and witness testimony is apparently what they are using as evidence, now, as evidence for that particular document being shared or evidence of something else, well, guess we have to wait for the trial.

It's certainly evidence that he knew he had documents that were classified that he could not declassify, as he stated that very clearly. We also know that he was not shy about talking about as he put it "secret" and "highly confidential" documents he had to random aides.
