Hillary WILLFULLY had an email server in her bathroom.

She WILLFULLY didn't use the official government servers that are part of a large network staffed by hundreds of security personnel.

But Comey didn't see any INTENT here, under the same law.

Huma WILLFULLY transmitted those government documents to her hubby's laptop. Where it all came to light during a STATE criminal investigation, or we wouldn't even be talking about this now.

Hillary WILLFULLY destroyed evidence under subpoena.

But Comey didn't see any INTENT here, under the same law.

A young man has snapped a selfie on a submarine and WILLFULLY sent it to his gf. Even tho' it seems he probably didn't have INTENT like the law seems to say, he went to jail.

Trump had daily PDB and the material was printed. I can easily visualize that stuff got mixed up with other papers on his desk, and stuffed in boxes.

And then, being paranoid from all the attacks launched at him from team donk, he didn't want others to sort this all out after he was out of office.

Hillary had an email server, that's true
But that's not against the law. As I stated previously only three of emails she received that referenced classified materials possessed any kind of classified marking and it was easily missed. So it was going to extremely hard to prove she willfully retained classified information.

In regards to the subpoena, her team instructed the IT company to delete her personal emails in December 2014. She wasn't subpoenaed until March 2015. At which point her team reached out to the IT company and told them not to delete anything else. So it would be pretty impossible to prove she willfully failed to comply with a subpoena.

It is a completely different situation than what Trump got himself into.

Every govt employee has a private email and a govt email address. Sure, she can have an email server. She can even forward non-classified govt email to her home brewed server.

But not ALL govt business can be conducted with such email address or server, it should be rare and only at the convenience of govt, not the employee. She primarily used her own INSTEAD of her govt issued address. That's not legal.

And nobody has yet explained to me how ANY classified emails or documents ended up on her home server. There is no way it was connected to SIPRNET or even NIPRNET.

She did this completely on purpose, to avoid FOIA laws and NARA archivists.

ALERT!

Special Counsel Robert Hur has vanished!: jonathanturley.org...

Note the word "NOBODY" - "Nobody phucks with a Biden!"
Maybe Robert Hur is anchored at the bottom of the ocean offshore from the Biden Crime Family beach house?

It is not that she had that server. It is that there were copies of those emails on other devices including one that was tied to a someones husband having the email on his laptop. Pretty crazy levels of separation and no charges...

You are right. HRC's situation was worse.

YEP, Hillary was in the top group of corrupt traitors. Many of whom are still controlling the Justice Department.

The FBI confirmed that Hillary and her clan destroyed subpoenaed communications devices and computers.

But like the FBI today, and its supporting of the Biden Crime Family, the agency tells Americans, "You don't like it? Too damn bad!".

President TRUMP knew the above, but decided not to go after Hillary because she was going to be a Grandmother. (How sweet!)

Hopefully Donald Trump is less empathic and compassionate for enemies after 7 years of hell!

No they didn't. An aide to Hillary testified that once or twice he had been asked to destroy her Blackberry after it had malfunctioned. That was over a timespan of 2008 to 2013. There was never any evidence anything was destroyed after the subpoena was received.

MINOR ROBERT HUR UPDATE

Special Counsel/Investigator of Biden Crimes, surfaces BRIEFLY.

From July 20, 2023 ABC News Reports....

In other Special Counsel news… Robert Hur just SPOTTED moments ago arriving at Main Justice.

Unclear why he’s here.

He’s running the separate investigation into Biden’s handling of classified docs which has had little fanfare as of late.

Do I have to write it in a language other than English for you?

If it was relevant to this thread, I'd go find that fact for you.

However, many questions remain, including why Combetta got immunity and when. He was interviewed by the FBI twice, and his answers in his second interview sometimes directly contradict his answers in his first interview, meaning he had to have lied to the FBI at least once, which is a felony. In his second interview also admitted to deleting Clinton’s emails despite being aware of a Congressional order to preserve her emails, which would suggest an admission of additional crimes.

"Softee" Trump and like-minded Republicans in charge of the House/Senate/DOJ/SCOTUS let all the Democrats off easy.

From Hillary to Comey.

Compassion is viewed as "weakness" by evil people.

As we saw, from 2017 thru to this very day.

Actually, the truth is quite scary to a lot of people
…because it proves them wrong.

Of it mentions destroying Blackberries after they were subpoenaed then it should be pretty easy to quote that section. But they're not going to quote it because that's not what happened.
