It is not that she had that server. It is that there were copies of those emails on other devices including one that was tied to a someones husband having the email on his laptop. Pretty crazy levels of separation and no charges...
You are right. HRC's situation was worse.
The FBI confirmed that Hillary and her clan destroyed subpoenaed communications devices and computers.

In other Special Counsel news… Robert Hur just SPOTTED moments ago arriving at Main Justice.
Unclear why he’s here.
He’s running the separate investigation into Biden’s handling of classified docs which has had little fanfare as of late.

No they didn't. An aide to Hillary testified that once or twice he had been asked to destroy her Blackberry after it had malfunctioned. That was over a timespan of 2008 to 2013. There was never any evidence anything was destroyed after the subpoena was received.

Funny. That link mentions nothing about them being destroyed after being subpoenaed.

If it was relevant to this thread, I'd go find that fact for you.
However, many questions remain, including why Combetta got immunity and when. He was interviewed by the FBI twice, and his answers in his second interview sometimes directly contradict his answers in his first interview, meaning he had to have lied to the FBI at least once, which is a felony. In his second interview also admitted to deleting Clinton’s emails despite being aware of a Congressional order to preserve her emails, which would suggest an admission of additional crimes.

Where does that mention anything about devices being destroyed after being subpoenaed?
